Le domaine de l'Olivette de la famille Delmotte est une jeune oliveraie familiale de 10 hectares en bordure de l'Argens créée en 1988, où différentes huiles mono-variétales, arbéquine, cayon, cornicabra, bouteillan, cailletier, picholine et frantoïo, sont toutes cultivées sur l'exploitation. Quatre variétés d'olives sont utilisées pour l'olive de table : lucques et picholine en olives vertes et cailletier et leccino en olives noires. Des pâtes d'olives et des confitures réalisées avec les fruits de l'exploitation sont également à la vente. Sylvain, le fils, spécialisé dans la pépinière d'oliviers, vous propose des plants de 2 à 20 ans.
