Τι να πω εγώ για αυτό το μαγαζί. Υπέροχη ατμόσφαιρα, ζεστό κλίμα, νόστιμοι μεζέδες, κανονικές τιμές και παααρα πολύ κέφι. Τα παρτυ, οι εκδηλώσεις και τα live που διοργανώνονται κατά καιρούς είναι μοναδικά και δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να μπεις χωρίς να διασκεδάσεις!! Είναι ένα μέρος που το κάνεις στέκι σου πριν το καταλάβεις!

Pidalio Mezedopoleio was a recommendation by the owner of our rental apartment. The food was decent enough - my mixed grill was tasty and my partners octopus with aubergine was an interesting combination. Service was friendly and I'd certainly eat here again.

Our very helpful receptionist at the Knossos Hotel (Maria ~ she deserves special praise herself for sound and friendly advice) had told us that Bikakis was a great place for seafood and it didn't disappoint. On the contrary both of us and a German couple at the next table were really impressed. We were invited to see what fresh fish and seafood they had in their fridges and choose whatever suited us individually. For that quality we could easily pay double in the UK. A memorable place.

We ordered bruschettas which came as a huge portion (way too big for two adults) with no tomatoes, a mountain of rocket salad and walnuts?! We ordered pasta with pesto which came with olives, sundried tomates and mushrooms?! We also had a greek salad and a mixed grill which were really good. Very nice location in a garden.

Dining at Maria’s starts with an incredible view, followed by some of the best seafood I’ve ever tried! We received excellent service, seated right next to the ocean view. To start, we shared the fig salad, unbeatable homemade tzazkiki, and the fried feta with honey and sesame seeds (a combination I never knew existed, but now I’ll make sure to tell everyone to try it). I ordered the seafood risotto after it was recommended by one of the waiters and there were no regrets. Extremely generous portion sizes combined with great service, cozy atmosphere, and more than reasonable prices makes this restaurant a must try when visiting Tolo. I would even recommend making the drive down if you’re staying in Nafplio nearby.

We're coming to Tolo mostly every year, but somehow never visited Arcadia. In this summer we realised that mistake, and had dinner in this charming water-front restaurant.We probably didn't go there so far because from the street can't be judged on what a nice place Arcadia is.If you survive the descent down on the spiral staircase, you've already arrived at the restaurant. Having dinner with your feet almost dipping into the sea and, and when you look up, Romvi, the enchanting little island is enthralling you, will definitely add to the dining experience. My partner ordered Swordfish Souvlaki and I Grilled Shrimp. What was a little disappointing was the boiled vegetable. In Australia, I got used to steamed vegetables, which are still crunchy, closer to raw than cooked, and then this very soft cooked vegetable was not only strange but unpleasant for me. I realised it's partly my fault because I didn't know the local cooking habits. Next time I'm going to ask for a raw vegetable side dish. Our waiter was very energetic and willing, we couldn't have wished for better service. Prices were right for the location.

Atmosphere is hostile mainly because of the lady that takes orders. The lady came to our table, without saying hello pointed out that children "will have trouble there" when other kids (not ours) were trying to pick-up some lemon from the tree. Again - these were not our kids, these were kids from a different table.After it she went to receive an order from another table, that came later than us. Finally she took an order from our table after a follow-up 'saying she will come when she is free'.Not a children friendly restaurant at all, see other reviews and replies from the Marie the owner.At the end, they didn't bring everything we have asked, we have to wait a long time before first dishes arrived, for the bill we had to remind three times.As for the food: some dishes are really taste, while others are average at best --> overall, above average kitchenNet-net, not recommended at all. I'm not sure how this restaurant is #2 and who writes positive reviews. Doesn't deserve it.All children were everywhere but in their chairs, breaking branches, cutting flowers, playing with the lemons, damaging the garden, but one of them had climbed on a chair to reach high branches of the lemon tree and was really in trouble, ready to fall down. If this particular child was not yours I have to apologize. As for your other comments, I have never been to Russia yet, so I don’t know the situation in your restaurants, but I run one for 37 years and I have traveled all over Europe so I would like to share this with you. When we go to a restaurant, we sit down, we look at the menu, we decide what we want and we wait for our turn to order. Also, we can call the server several times if necessary, but not every second.

Nice restaurant on the Tolo beach. The tables are on sand and it is very pleasant in the evening to sit and watch the sea and nearby island. The food is good but portions are pretty small. Afterwards we learned that his Is not a proper restaurant but more cafe/wine house. Nevertheless, the food was good: smoked herring, cod with garlic sauce, tzatziki, and wine of course. Next door tavern was full –as it is a proper tavern that foods big portions… But again we were not disappointed with the quality of food, it was fresh and tasted well!

I’ve been coming here yearly since 2010. Every year the quality increases. I’m pleasantly surprised by the quality and standards of the menu. Have a look at the photos they speak for themselves. Golden beach (Stavros) knows how to look after his long lasting customers. The Greece ultimate food experience = sitting , drinking and eating overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. It should be on everyone’s bucket list.
