Seeing that this was reputadly "Italian" we decided Pizza would be a good choice as Pizza defines the quality of an Italian restaurant. What a disappointment. We asked the waitress if they were thin and crispy before ordering and she said they were. Two Pizzas delivered to the table were made of what was a scone base, thick and heavy. There was enough cheese for two pizzas on each one. Maybe their other dishes are good but they need to rethink what they serve as a Pizza. The place need a major overhaul and upgrade as their is nothing in it that reflects Italian. There is no atmosphere to encouage anyone to return which we will not be doing. The girl that served us was very attentive and helpful.

This restaurant was recommended to us by the host of the B&B where we stayed close by. It certainly lived up to the recommendation. Great menu and our food was excellent. Staff were friendly and professional. It was lovely to sit outside on a nice Summer evening. I look forward to visiting it again.

I had my nephews Communion meal here on the 26th May 2019 and it was just fantastic. The staff were so friendly and had such happy and helpful about them. The restaurant was bright and spotless and the toilets were very clean. The staff took the kiddies orders first while the parents looked through the menu, plenty to choose from on the kids menu. Orders were taken, no rushing anyone and the orders were filled in no time, Food was hot and tasted absolutely amazing. most of the adults had steaks and all steaks were cooked to perfection, steak tasted beautiful. We had the house wine and it was beautiful, staff were on site topping up our glasses of wine and checking everything was right for us. I would highly recommend Ballinacourty House and we will definitely be going back again. To the managers, staff and chef, Thank you for a fantastic day and meal.

We stopped at Tipperary for lunch on a drive across Ireland. Brazil's is tucked up a side alley but looked promising and when we went in was packed with locals which was reassuring. We got a very friendly welcome from the staff. There is a wide ranging menu at lunch time from full meals to lighter options with daily specials. We had a bacon and black pudding salad and a toasted sandwich with chips. Both were very good. Very good option and good value - would recommend
