Mesogeios feels more like a restaurant (which of course it is) than a 'typical' Greek taverna, and the menu (and prices) reflects this, so don't expect just souvlaki and moussaka.. The menu is much more ambitious and varied than most. Having said that, the food is definitely high quality, and portions are large (our salad was enormous), to say the least.Zucchini flowers are definitely recommended (and the chips are excellent), but you might be disappointed if you order the traditional pie, as it had finished both evenings we visited (must all go at lunchtime, I suppose).Lots of shaded outdoor garden~like seating, although it can be tricky getting the waiter's attention from some of the darker corners.Located near the ferry boats in Nea Limenas, so you can watch the ships arriving and departing as you eat!Altogether a pleasant change.

The tables are under the the trees, with hanging lamps, nice music and relaxed atmosphere. The food is delicious, we loved the octopus, the shrimps, fried squid and sea bream. Although in a touristic area, this tavern is not at all touristic and offers very fresh food cooked in a very tasty way!

We ordered Gyro Pita to-go, we waited very long, the staff was extremely slow. We got our food the price for a Gyros Pita was too high but the portion was so small. The taste was nothing special, the meat was under the average and the rest OK but not special, but the best part of this was that we found a wooden pin in it (usually used for souvlaki)...Not very professional in my opinion...Janna thank you very must.,especially that you wrote in English then you come from Greece..we definitely solve the problem that you wrote about... every single bad review for us mean at the other side that we will be better!!thank you p.s. was 13 august (very buzy day)

First time when ordering a rose wine, they brought out a small taster before pouring some out! Ordered chicken souvlaki which was very tasty, partner had pork schnitzel with a la creme sauce which was lovely. When we asked for bill we were given 2 pieces of chocolate/caramel ice cream nice touch to end the meal.

Is not jus a Creperie, itâs a bistro, placed near the Aegean Sea, next to Golden Beach. There you can relax watching the sea and have a delicious greek omlet or pizza, or gyros or just a cofee. Donât miss Endless Blue!

This is a very nice organized beach bar and restaurant. You can use umbrellas and sunbeds free of charge if spend minimum 10 eur each person for eat and drink.which is nothing for this best beach in Thassos. Also they have private balcony places and you need to spend minimum 50 eur during the all day. There is a friendly Turkish guy and his name is Hasan and makes your day happy with quick service. Also the restaurant for dinner is very good.

I got a very bad taste in the first 10 minutes being at Athos, because the waiter left me talking while ordering the food. He just left, saying he understood what I need, even though I didn't finish my order. The beverages were just simply taken to our table, but not served. The plates, forkes and knives were simply put on the table ones over the others, no pouring the beverages in our glasses, etc. Except the staff's rudeness, the food was very tasty, the price and quantities also more than acceptable. I would recommend this restaurant exclusively for their food.I am so sorry for your experience. It would have been nice if you reported this to the owners. It is important for us to get feedback from our customers about our staff as well. Thank you for being honest.

The staff were really welcoming but when our food arrived it wasnât as good as we had come to expect. I ordered prawns with garlic sauce and when it arrived, it literally only had prawns with a small dish of sauce! The other meals werenât much better.

I could copy and paste the same review as I did before that this place gives the standard Greek fare and its outstanding selling point is the pizza and the chicken souvlaki, Greek salad and tomato and mozzarella salad. This time however, the service was much improved with the kitchen keeping up! You can't go wrong here; it's such good value.

What can I say that has not already been said, I just concur with all of the positive comments with regard to this quality restaurant.We went with two of our Greek friends to celebrate our anniversary, and had the most wonderful evening.Great table, crisp white linen tablecloth, table perfectly laid, and waiting staff, ready, but not over attentive.Food was spectacular, Octopus starter, followed by Sea Bass. All washed down with a Chateau Nikos Lazarides Sauvignon Blanc.Great friends, Great Service, Great Food, Great Location.
