Visited the restaurant 2 nights ago whilst staying in the Can Galvany hotel, it was on recommendation from a colleague. There is a large seating area in pleasant surroundings, a friendly welcome and shown to a table straight away. I ordered the entrecôte with pepper sauce, I was not disappointed, cooked very well and tender meat with good flavour. Accompanied by a bottle of vivanco reserve made the experience very pleasant indeed. Will certainly be returning. Dear Mr nhshifty73Thank you for your opinion. Lunch, solo. Not an extensive menu, but lovely, balanced, refreshing and original.I loved the whole experience. The food was very tasty and extremely well prepared and presented. The service was friendly, warm, very efficient (in spite of a self confessed shortage of staff). The wine list is not huge, but varied (and exclusively Spanish wines which I really loved - hence the name of the Restaurant "denominacion de origen"). Overall an EXCELLENT experience and very reasonable prices. Highly recommended

Near Circuit de Barcelona - Catalunya (may be five minutes by car) you can find this jewel. Get there can be a bit tricky, but it's worht it. A familiy is in charge of the restaurant. The menu is short, but its quality is very good. Starters as "Xató" or "Ous trencats" are really tasty. Main courses are also good. And desserts... A must.

L' Anima de Granollers is an excellent restaurant . The menu includes some very good vegetarian options but all the food is excellent and the dishes are quite creative. I had Pork Wellington in very thin feuille type pastry which was excellent and looked very good (I should have taken a photo) . The menu is in Spanish but they offer an English translation. The service is very good and friendly. The lunch menu is very good value as well. I would highly recommend this small restaurant in Granollers.Thank you very much PM42 for the visit and the great valuation.We initially offer the menu menu in Catalan, the official language of Catalonia, but we have no problem in offering it in another language.We look forward to an upcoming visit to Ãnima de Granollers

Poor food, bad quality and really expensive. I went with my family on Saturday and we were all without words.... How can this restaurant be qualified as the first in the zone? I travel often to sabadell and santa perpetua for business and i know that there are much better restaurants around. Never again!

This was my second time dining at Can Poal, both times for lunch. The lunch menu is amazing! It is a bit pricey, but for a special occasion, it is well worth it. Each dish is carefully prepared and presented beautifully. I believe this to be the best restaurant in Vallromanes and both times it has exceeded my expectation. I highly recommend dining here!

This is one of my favourite restaurant choices outside of Barcelona. The food is simply delicious, with great care of where they select their products and how they cook them. I love how they take traditional catalan cuisine and bring a modern and fresh twist to each of the dishes. The service is equally wonderful, extremely attentive and with a excellent selection of wines. The owner is very knowledgeable, so simply ask which wine combines well with which food. Overall, excellent value for money and will certainly not be deceived if you come here for a special occasion.

Just 1 minor point: the location in a not really attractive city centre where it's not so easy to find a parking place. All the rest was perfect, from presentation of the menu and wine list (also in an e-way, so with pictures and explanation)! The best entrecôte in years and it was even not dry-aged. Great coulant with pistache filling and ice. Great personnel!!!!

The chef and staff went va long way to make use Americans have a great time and meal.We so enjoyed the food we had two return visits and brought friends. An English menu was created and printed for our second visit. We do not eat meat. The Chef prepared several great fish meals for us each evening. Great food at a good price.thank you very much for your visit and thank you very much for sharing your opinion with the other travelers .. From the moment we arrived we felt completely welcomed at this restaurant which was recommended by friends. Its a real gem. The decor is ultra chic and the food matches. We could not believe that croquettes could be any better than my husbands Spanish mother but we were wrong! Everything on the menu had its own character and we tried as much as we could. We would recommend this to anyone wanting to taste the true flavours of Spain but with a completely modern style. Lastly, the staff were amazing, especially Maria Angeles whose love for her restaurant made us love it as well. Go!!!
