Stayed with family who own a home in Paphos and we visited this restaurant twice. They frequently eat here and I can see why! The food was wonderful and such excellent value for money. The pork chop was enormous and beautifully cooked. I had the best moussaka ever. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the whole experience was truly lovely. There was a good range of choices on the menu and I donât think anyone would struggle to find something they would enjoy. Wonderful!

The Fish and Chips on Friday offer excellent value- 5 Euros for Cod, Chips and a salad garnish. The food was freshly cooked and tasty. My only criticism would be that service, although very friendly, was slow, so if you visit when it is busy (as we did), be prepared to be patient.

Lovely authentic Cypriot taverna and hospitality. Not geared up for fast slick service but an interaction between host and guests . If you want a bit of " old" Cyprus genuine hospitality you would be hard pushed to find somewhere better. Reviewed it in 2016 and pleased to say it remains the same , lovely.

Visited with my brother last night. House carafe red wine was smooth and very palatable. Free garlic bread and olives followed by sheftalia, chicken fillet, pork souvlaki and pork spare rib (mixed grill) all cooked on charcoal. Meat was moist, full of flavour and it was accompanied by the best home cooked herb chips I have ever had. Crispy on outside with soft fluffy centres coated with dried herbs. The salad was particularly good even without cheese and the olive dressing raised it to another level. Complementary grapes and sweet syrup cake for desert! Owners were very welcoming friendly and attentive. Bill was 26.40 and then given 10% off! WOW. Just a few miles out of Polis and well worth a visit. Another group arrived and it was their tenth visit. These people deserve to do well so support their business I rarely recommend a restaurant so highly! . Efharisto Para Poli

Great service, lovely tranquil ambience, lovely food at fantastic prices, friendly and helpful staff who speak very good English. Seems very popular even in low season, also has a very large car park right next door so no problems parking. Was only staying in the area for a few days but visited twice, and could easily go here all the time!!Thank you so much for visiting us and for sharing you experience with the world !

Very nice host, great dam view and tasty food- what else do you need on Vacation?! Peaceful and charming, good for drinks or eat with beautiful view to the local area, reminds me a Tuscany and South France with fields of grapes and forest. The owner has a specious room with panoramic view to stay in case you don't want to leave . It is also recommended as a start point for one of the trails mentioned in the book â WALKs in Paphos Districtâ.

Came here for lunch not disappointed the meze was excellent.The service was quick and friendly even though it was very busy and we were a party of seven.We say outside under the grape vines .We were given complimentary grapes and cake which was very much appreciated.A lovely relaxing lunch.

We visit The Farm Yard whenever we go to Cyprus, and it never disappoints. The menu is varied and quite extensive. The food is always well prepared and delicious and the portion sizes can best be described as generous. We haven't tried the Asian food yet - maybe next time.This time my wife had the salmon and I had the rosemary pork, washed down by a carafe and a half of the house white wine.I must mention the lovely serving ladies who actally seemed to enjoy providing excellent service - service with a smile you might say.Probably best to book in advance though we have never had a problem when we arrive at 7 pm on a weekday evening. For good food and a pleasant night out, The Farm Yard takes some beating.

Despite being on a busy road the atmosphere hides the effects of traffic and the meal was very pleasant. It is very well presented, and cooked, with the owners always looking out for how they can assist, without being overbearing. Place settings are well done and not consisting of cheap looking items. There is a good choice of food, and the all inclusive 3 course sunday lunch is very good valueDear David,We've only recently gone back to our Sunday Lunch as we replace it during the hot summer months with some lighter choices. Autumn and winter are about to kick in so I know that a lot of our regular guests will be delighted to see the Sunday Roast back on the menu.
