It is the tenth-largest city in Ukraine, and the second largest in the Donetsk Oblast with a population of 449,498 (2017 est.). The city is largely and traditionally Russophone, while ethnically the population is divided about evenly between Russians and Ukrainians. Mariupol was founded on the site of a former Cossack encampment named Kalmius and granted city rights in 1778. It has been a centre for the grain trade, metallurgy, and heavy engineering, including the Illich Steel & Iron Works and Azovstal. Mariupol has played a key role in the industrialization of Ukraine.

Very good restaurant but unfortunately in not good place. Wooden construction looks like navigator light (light tower) for this also its names coming from. There are 2 floorsthe second floor is only for private party. Also there are outside place to enjoy food in balkons or in special garden. Food are good and music as well as.

The place is nice, the staff is attentive and professional. The dishes I've tried are pretty good (creamy mushroom soup and cottage cheese pancakes). However, coffee prices are above average. Some salads and meat dishes are also pretty expensive.

The restuarant is located in the heart of Primorsky Park of Mariupol, wich is definetely an advantage, if you go with kids or a date, as the place itself is chilling out and relaxing. It's a nice place to go with friends, dates or companies, but I'd say too expensive. There're cheaper and (though it's subjective) nicer alternatives in the surruondings.

Bakery is a lovely place with great tea&coffee variety, delicious pastery. It is situated in the centre of Mariupol.The only disadvantage is small room.

Maybe it was too late and they had sold out, but my veal baked with three peppers had to do with just one :-) still, the waitress was very helpful and willing to accommodate the many needs of our large party.I might come back if the dish comes the way it is described in the menu!

Everything was fine -the interior,the ambience,even newspaper dedicated to the history of Mariupol city and is edited by the restaurant, was an excellent nuance for the atmosphere of the venue. I ordered Greek salad,Camambert and 2 glasses of wine. The wine was exceprional,cheese was OK but salad was a bit of dissapointment for me .I pointed the waiter for the mistakes with salad and he promised to tell it to chef.The staff was very friendly and nice.I would say that this is the best place in the city

Had some wonderful eclaires and coffee during a random visit to this cafe. Very attentive service and selection of various treats combined with fresh and classy interior made our experience very fulfilling.Mariupol is not your usual touristic spot, however providing high quality leisure spots is crucial for tourist development and Hleb Du Solei is definitely such a spot!
