NavÅ¡tÃveno v Äervnu 2018. Restaurace láká na domácà kuchyni, ve finále to ale nebylo z dennà nabÃdky, ale stálého jÃdelnÃho lÃstku. NicménÄ velmi dobrá toÄená PlzeÅ a hovÄzà guláš s domácÃm knedlÃkem. PÄkné prostÅedÃ, pÅÃjemná obsluha.

Goat cheese salad was excellent Veprova panenka was very good Lamb was fantastic, but was served with uneatable špenát and when the waiter asked if all is ok, we complained only about it, and he ignored it (as a typical Czech waiter) and asked :"would you like anything else for a drink?"

I came several times with my colleagues to this restaurant.The food is one of the finest in town so far, the atmosphere quite nice with good music playing.A little more expensive than other places, a little less "typical": very nice none the less!

We were hot, tired and hungry at the end of a long day and just wanted to eat, so we stopped at this large attractive restaurant in the Municipal Building. It has a short menu and , for ease, we chose the âtouristic menuâ which was soup, goulash with spätzle and fruit salad for dessert.The soup was quite nice, a beef broth with some noodles. The goulash was ok but the fruit salad was appalling, mostly from a tin with some under-ripe apple added. It was served (with ill-grace) at the same time as the main dishes. With a small glass of wine each this came to around £33 â so quite expensive for Prague.When we asked for the bill, the waiter attempted â fairly aggressively - to demand a tip (though a service charge was already included and service had been casual at best); we didnât leave one.Iâd only eat here if I was starving, nice surroundings donât make up for poor service.

We had dinner here. Great atmosphere and view of the main town square. We had two salmon dishes and they were very good. We ate here at 9pm and couldn't see another restaurant open.

This was suggested by a local.The entrance is a passage/walkway and restaurant is divided into the main dining room and the annex. A very nice setting and a nice sit down meal in a more formal setting. Posted placard indicates they also have rooms for rent. Nice selection of meats, wines etc. Prices are reasonable. Definitely a place to try if you are staying overnight in Kolin. Outdoor seating/beer garden during nice weather. About 1/2 block off the square.

The Jewish museum is a must on anyone's itinerary, and the two restaurants accessible from the town square are excellent as is the one the other side of the railway.I found nothing to dislike. All the locals are extremely pleasant and helpful

The pub is located on the main square but a little hidden from the view. One can easily miss its little entrance and stars to the first floor. But is it worth it, because the food there was really excellent. We caught one of their weekend specials- Build your own burger and really liked the food. The meat was of excellent quality, cooked to medium rare and was accompanied with homemade chips. The ingredients were fresh and tasty and the portions big. The pub offers a great choice of beers of small local and national breweries, including some micro breweries. The prices are very reasonable and offer great value.During the week, their creative menu suggests, that they prepare a nice variety meals with fresh seasonal produce, including vegetarian and paleo diet. Good and attentive staff made the visit very pleasant.Recommended!
