I can easily say this is the worst service I have ever had. My vietnamese friend was in shock with how they treated us.We wanted to order the 500gr ribs for 2 people, the waitress told us they only had 750gr left for 2 (for 30% extra cost) which we should only order if we are extremely hungry as we wonât be able to finish it. We got excited by the idea of having a nice Christmas feast and went ahead with it.When the food came we were shocked to simply find a huge bone with basically no meat on it, we ate it in about 2 minutes and felt like we shared a starter. We called the waitress over and shared our concern, saying we are still very hungry and would like to order something else. She went to the kitchen and proceeded to laugh with the kitchen staff and point at us. She never brought the menus again and we were waiting there for 40 minutes without any one coming to us. Eventually she came out and we called her over again. I told her we would like to speak to the manager. Her response: the manager is busy (it was late at night already and there were only 2 other tables occupied). I donât have time for this, there are customers who want to order. What the hell are we then?We left angry and hungry.Luckily we found Biang Bistro. Outstanding service, friendly, professional and superb creative food. Wooden house was like a prison compared to them. Thanks for ruining Christmas.

4 of us with an extremely fabulous dinner!We did order twice times because the foods are so delicious and especially Smoked Salmon and yes the Beef Steak - top recommended. Thanks for the Chef and the team with an authentic dining present. Recommend not to eat there! Following the reviews on the site, I ordered a chicken curry, arrived a boiling bowl, beautiful pieces of carrot with potato and 4 slices of chicken thighs .... The side dish was mashed potatoes that was in the fridge for days. The curry was so sweet you could'nt eat it, even though the dish was about the same as it was on the table, they did not give or offer to change it or apply it to another dish. It is better at this price to eat a number of tasty d×ishes on the street or in the markets

I have been a couple of times at this place for different occasions. I also recommended it to friends who enjoyed the restaurant. Although, I put my rating up here some month ago - I still feel I need to renew my comments.Visting in June & July for 4 different reason with guests from Germany, all over the world but also Vietnamese citizens, the food was always great and top in taste and presentation. Surely, the service sometimes is a bit slow but isnt it to understand when you serve guests over three floors? Well, I rather wait a bit longer instead of eating food which is fast but not tasty.Again, I can only say - well done, until we will meet again!

We just stopped in OZ Burger restaurant on our way to hostel then, according to Ozâs staff we ordered OZâs Burger lol no wonder Australian burger size ;)). The best burger in Dalat city! Excellent service .We will come back.Good lunch and great time.

The Vietnamese staff are super attentive and all have good English. The food options are great (both western and Vietnamese) and a good range of drinks.Live music, comfortable, clean and spacious seating area! We sat here for 5 hours before an overnight bus and it was the best!

My kids asked for Italian food so Emai was chosen. The restaurant/B&B is a nice villa with spacious gardens. We like the decoration both interior and landscaping. Look classy. As for the food, we liked it. It's not traditional Italian food in my opinion but I like the twist they put into it. We had the 3 salad dishes. Salad was ok, not impressive with these choice of salads. As for the pasta, we ordered carbonara, linguine with bisque prawn sauce, linguine with clam sauce. I think carbonara spaghetti was a bit "wet" and sauce was not thick enough. It was running water. I liked the other two pasta dishes. Linguine alle vongole had some fresh spring onion, I liked this twist. Gave it a strong flavor kick to the pesto sauce. As for the second main dishes, we had prawn with thyme lime butter sauce, roasted chicken with pea puree. The prawn dish was good; roasted baby potatoes was nice as well. The roasted chicken had the French twist with pea puree; I liked it although it was more French than Italian. Service was quick. Food was good, could be improved in many aspect though. Overall, I liked the dining experience.

We found Gourmet Burger thanks to tripadvisor reviews. The burgers are tops. So tasty, properly prepared. Delicious Aussie beef and the size is definitely bang for your buck. Don't go anywhere else for a burger!
