I had a great day! My tour guide Cipher was very friendly and helpful and knew exactly the right places to go, at just the right time to see them, eg Avoiding the crowds at the Palace Museum and then later watching the sunset over Taipei city from xiang shan (Elephant Mountain) - Beautiful!

We hired David around 6 months before our trip and made many changes to the places we wanted to go. He was very flexible with the changes and came up with a concise route to travel around Taiwan. However our trip clashed with the Covid-19 case and we were worried to travel to Taiwan. David reassured us that it is safe for us to travel to Taiwan and told us that he even had a few tourist he guided a week ago. Hence we decided to go to Taiwan! David is paasionate, responsible and always punctual. He would also go the extra mile to buy my family fruits in the morning and also provide us with umbrellas when it was raining. Furthermore, David is extremely knowledgable! Along the road he would always provide us with detailed information about places and even trees and flowers!! On top of that, he also knows many good photo-taking spots and help my family take photos. He is well connected with the people at different parts of Taiwan too. David would also recommend us food places that we MUST try which ARE really good!! He is also very humorous so that we wouldnt be bored throughout the whole trip. He ensured that everyone in my family had fun and felt the warmth and passion of the Taiwanese, of which we really did!! Overall, my family really enjoyed our trip with David definitely would contact him again if we are back in Taiwan!! Highly recommend !!

Our party of 5 traveled to Taipei in November and we went on a 4 day private tour with Justaiwan Tour. I worked with Max to plan the trip and he was extremely patient in answering all my questions and worked with me to modify my itiniaries. Warren was our tour guide and he was very accommodating, going out of his way to make sure that we had a good time. He was even willing to adjust his work hours and worked longer on certain days so that we can keep up with our itineraries. The tour company and Warren were very responsive; they made us feel like we had a family in Taipei who's always watching out for us to make sure that we are safe and have a great time. I reccomended the tour company to all my family and friends and will definitely contact them again when I return to Taiwan.

We've dealt with Eddie form Yolo tours on many occasions while preparing our tour in Taipei. Eddie was always available and was getting back to us within a short period of time. We had booked a 2 days tour with another couple joining the Celebrity cruise to Asia on October 2020. Unfortunately with the Covid-19, we had to cancel our cruise therefore cancelling the Taiwan tour and as soon as we advised Eddie, the refund we had paid for the tour was back to our bank account within 1 hour. We had some issues with "Paypal" and Eddie was always ready to support us during the process of the refund. Yolo tour is a very reliable company and we will never hesitate to do business with them if we ever visit Taiwan and we strongly recommend this tour operator for your private excursion in Taipei.. From Nanya Rocks to Jiufen, overall amazing experience! Worth the price and the view is just incredible. Would reccomend it to those that just wants to get away for a fresh breath of air and walk around historic sites. Our tour guide Tony was very helpful and nice!!

Taiwan is a small island with lots to see. Many people would be inclined to hire a car and drive themselves, but this is not always a good idea in Taiwan. You can take a minibus within eight hours to visit Yehliu (Queen's Head) and important sights in Taipei such as the Forbidden City, the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall and the Martyr's Shrine. Reading the reviews we were a bit reluctant to book this tour. But it turned out to be a great day! The scenery is amazing and Josephine adequately led the group from one place to another. If you like to spend a lot of time in one place, than this is not the tour for you because you don't get an awful lot of time at the different spots. But if you're looking for a tour in which you want to see many things in one day, then we would definitely recommend it. Josephine was very friendly and was willing to explain a lot. Everything was perfectly organized and the lunch was amazing.
