Thia place is very unique, they made fake village, authentic and with all kind of stone houses, pool, church, vineyard... It looks really interesting, european tourists are probably crazy for this type of resort. We were in Mostar and on the way back, we came here for a dinner.Restaurant is really big, it's decorated very nice, they even made a small creek inside... Their waiters are pleasant, they are quick and give you a big smile when they bring food. The only thing that is not so good is the most important one, and that is the food. We ordered soups and salad, they were fine. Nothing special but it was ok. And after that, we ordered big plate with few kinds of meat (beefsteak, rumpsteak, pork, lamb) and we were not so satisfied with this. The most of the meat was dry, rumpsteak was too grilled, pork was like chewing-gum, lamb was not tasty, only beefsteak was ok. But this kind of meat should be perfect, not just "ok"... We tried the desert, too. They made combination of 4 different cakes with fruits, it was really atractive and tasted very good. Obviously, the owners invested a lot of money in this place. I'm sure that lot of people visit this resort, it is near Medjugorje and it's really special place. If you ask me, I wouldn't allow that big buildings around Herceg village. It would be much more beautiful if those ugly buildings and their signs are minimum 500 meters far away from here. So the village would be isolated from all of that modern architecture...And if they start to make extra quality, authentic food, this place will become five-stars resort!! :-)

Filii is a 20 minutes walk from the church. Mario was our server and the service was slow, My sons starter was messed up and he had to wait some to wait for his starter, Our main dishes were served while were still having our starters, not great.On the plus side the potions were huge and my wife and son could not finish the main meal.We visited Filii on a recommendation,

My husband and I stumbled upon this restaurant on our one day trip to Bosnia from the Croatia region. We stopped here before crossing over the border back into Croatia and were treated to a grand experience! The food was incredible! Each dish that we ordered and were treated to was so tasty, fresh, and delicious! We did have to get creative with the language barrier, but it just added to the experience and the staff was kind and eager to make sure we were happy with our meal! I don't think I've ever had such a great tomatoes as these kind were! To me this restaurant should earn huge accolades and awards! Wish I could easily come back here again!

Bago is well known for excellent seafood. Our meal was very nice. 'Prstaci', special shells are my favourite. They are prohibited in Croatia but not in Bosnia and Herzegovina. To grow 5 cm long it will tale 15 to 30 years. We have had them strait from grill but you can try them on 'buzara' with parsley and garlic. White risotto with prawns has been delicious. Other meal was eal but I didn't like it so much. Calamari have been fresh and well grilled, I love them. Silverbeat was a bit boring but we managed to work out with herbs, salt, pepper and olive oil. Local wine was very nice.

Waterfalls KoÄuÅ¡a are situated in village Veljaci, council LubuÅ¡ki Beutu of this falls will not disappoint you. The hight is five and there are 50 metaras long. In near distance is Konoba KoÄuÅ¡a and there is swimming area called Ceveljusa by locals. Konoba is a gem hidden away but worth visiting and food is lovely what ever you choose fish, grill or something else.

I absolutely love this place. The restaurant is beautiful, the atmosphere is beautiful and the landscape is just gorgeous. The menu is exstra! The seating layout is great and adventurous. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

Food is pretty bad and small portions. Waiter was unfriendly without manners.Meat 'swimming' in oil. Frozen fries.Dear Petra,I am truly sorry to hear that you've had bad experience in our restaurant. As much as we're trying everything to be perfect for our guests, sometime mistakes can happen. We always encourage our guests to report any issue right away, at the table, so we can correct it instantly, and I would have liked that you did the same.Since you've made rather general remarks about food and waiter, I apologize that I cannot respond in more detailed way about this issue. One thing though - meat actually cannot "swim" in oil since we use charcoal barbecue. Hidden from the public, Kocusa is one of the most beautiful natural phenomena In Herzegovina. Manager Željan, who didn't know that we are coming, wished my client's welcome and helped a ladie in the wheelchairs, found an excellent table for my customers and made sure they enjoyed the food. The food is great, very delicious, and the service is very fast and kind. I recommend to all those who will visit West Herzegovina.
