Большая интересная территория, идеально подходит для корпоративов и пикников. НО не снимайте кемпинг и апартаменты для ноче́вки! Жутко, грязно, насекомые, запахи. Санузел и постель такие, что спали мы в одежде на своих полотенцах, а мылись в душе аквапарка Вентспилса, т.к. невозможно брезгливо. Худшие и самые грязные апартаменты для семьи в моей жизни.

Reviewed By PonuponasPlace where nature and people get together. It is just 100m of the Baltic sea cost. Sourounded by pine forest. Owned by great women Zinta. They have a small restaurant. Please ask for a dish from local wild forest mushrooms, potatoes and fish cutlets - that was great!

Peaceful afternoon visit
Reviewed By SimiltiadesI was taken to this recreational house for a staff social event with work several months ago. It's in a pleasant location in the Latvijan countryside just outside of Sigulda, but obviously this would make it difficult to reach by public transport. However, it is by car only a short drive from central Rīga. The cabin was well-equipped, with a reasonable kitchen and barbecue area adjoining a sauna, guest rooms, and two bathrooms. There is also a shower and even a lake outside for swimming (or a post-sauna cool off). Also, in the main living room you will find a fairly sizeable and decent speaker system that connects to phones or laptops to play music, as well as having its own CD player. A short walk away are several great forest trails leading down to the river, where a bridge hosts spectacular views down the valley and of the local countryside. A great place to spend a social afternoon eating and drinking with friends.

A Guest House in the SouthEast
Reviewed By HenriqueIndoArriving for a late evening birthday party we were met by a large wooden house set on the slope to a lake area attracting to this large tourism attraction, certainly something to take off in the future. the guest house both as a large eating hall where a band was set up, 80 people were dining and dancing took place in the middle. On the second floor was a dormitory,or 8 rooms for over-night-stayers - a very important feature in this day and age alcohol and driving stops many from having a good time for fear of even just a little wine leading to apprehension on our roads. A sauna was also there and a large buffet-style dinner was had. It is certainly interesting to see how new solutions to R&R are developing in Latvia and new experiences can be found... in a region with untouched forests teaming with wildlife and invest into real estate.

Reviewed By Artūrs TThis is a second time we visit Zaki in Jurkalne. It is an area just off the road, through a forest road, right next to the Baltic sea with a beautiful view from the high coastal area. It consists of many small cabins, we rented cabin #9, as it has shower and we, it's furthest away from all of the others and has the best views of the sea. We love it here, because there are jo people around, it's just nature, the sound of waves crashing and the birds chirping. During the night the stars look just unbelievable -best view I ve seen in Latvia. Property has a lot of advantages and extras- there's a playground, volleyball, basketball fields, picnic spots, nice sitting areas to watch the sunset, which is just amazing. Community action with the host is easy and they're very friendly, easy going. What we were nicely surprised by was that since the last time we were here, they've made upgraded, like added blankets for cold nights, made some repairs, added wifi, bigger TV, Netflix. These were not in any way dealbreakers, but those are some nice e additions. Value for money is good. And we know that this is not the last time we're coming here (and we really appreciate variety so it says a lot about this place). If you need a place to stay in Jurkalne or in the area, look no further :)

Amazing place to experience Latvian country side !

Starting with the location..It's really in the Gaujas national park..I saw 2 big deers and a fox on the way to the hotel around 7pm..that"s says all about the location.. very spacious out door areas with play area for kids..and for pets if you have.. About 20 mins to Sigulda by car.. You can spend the whole day around the place walking leisurely enjoying the amazing Latvian country side. If you feel like relaxing there is a well lit big common area with comfortable sofas and a Fusbal table too.. I would love to go again..! If you want to enjoy real Latvian country side this is the place. Less than 2 hours drive Riga airport. You will need your own car ! but that's too is rewarding to drive around the country side.

Reviewed By katelagzThe house has a nice design both exterior and interior. It had everything for comfort and primary needs. It has a nice terrace with a hammock. Also the outside environment was nice and equipt with possible zones for acitivities.

Hidden gem
Reviewed By Janis JWe were hiking across Gauja National Park and stayed at Lindenhoff (Liepas muiža) for one night. Of course, it was a d-tour for us but definately worth it. The place is recently renovated, quite and very nice. It was half empty though June is a start of the high season here in Latvia and we were there from Sat to Sun. I think it is avalable on booking only from this year (2019). So that might be why. The staff was very friendly, when we came in, one of us had to go to buy some groceries, so the staff member who met us (an older man) gave a lift to a nearby shop and waited to give a lift back. Thank you! We had a two room apartment and that included a small kitchen and a fridge which came in really handy for cooling of a bottle of prosecco. They were serving excellent breakfast in another of the recently renovated buildings. Surounding landscape is very beautiful and I think there is much to see nearby, we hope to return and do cycling trip around the region. So all in all I would sugest this place to anyone who loves beatiful Latvian landscape, likes to stay in a quite place and enjoys nature.
