Good was though slightly colder by the time they serve.. which is fine, but they need to make necessary arrangements to cook at the villa. Foos was very good and tasty both veg and non veg. The villa was excellent though out of the city which is ok if you are on big groups.. we were group of 18 or so. swimming pool was added advantage

Reviewed By sam23572I had booked a studio apartment room here. Room is specious and great. Alongside it had fast WiFi, Fridge, couches. The behaviour of the staff is also top notch. I would recommend this room to anyone.

Took advance and denied accommodation.
Reviewed By Viru DThey demanded 50% advance before arrival. Within half an hour after paying advance I got a sad news in family and I was forced to cancel my travel. They forwarded me a credit note saying use this in future. However, when I called again, they denied it. Money gone. For them an opportunity to keep advance money.

A decent place!

Bad cuz there was no hot water in my room and in this rainy reason I can’t afford to have a shower with a cold water, electricity kept on cutting down very frequently but they had a power back up so at least I had lights and fan to be working, WiFi connection kept on disconnecting a lot of time (I guess that was cuz of the power), I asked the guy at the desk if I can have my complimentary breakfast on the day of arrival itself as I was leaving early morning the next day and he completely denied, after I checked in to my room the room was pretty much smaller in size as what I have seen in the pictures. Good cuz, the location is just awesome. The hotel is located at a very convenient place around Kalyani Nagar and also is situated at a residential area which is very quite and calm, the surrounding is all greenery, coffee was good, the beds are comfortable, I had a water geaser problem in my room on which the guy told me that someone will come and fix it but then I wanted to have shower so the guy fixed it himself which was very kind of him. The food delivery guy was courteous enough to say that if I needed anything else I shouldn’t hesitate to approach him, I got a kinda late check out for an hour which was again a good gesture from the reception guy. I have reached hotel early morning before check in time and I waited outside to check in according to the check in time but watching me sitting outside the guy at the reception was so kind to give me a room at around 10am only. Overall I would say it could have been a bad experience but the people out the made it worth visiting again so it was good and I was happy with their services.

Reviewed By iamrajsgonly 10 min from airport via cab. Reached around 3 am. Had no issues in check-in. Room had a small refrigerator also and a minibar. room was spacious. Bathroom was also having good space. Didnt had breakfast as it wasnt in the package.

Reviewed By sandeepmuramenThe concept is nice as long as they have a control on the quality of customers. Every floor they have 3 bedroom apartments with 3 individual bedrooms with attached toilet and balcony , the living room and the kitchen area is shared between the each room. They serve breakfast if you have taken it with the room. The rooms are clean , bathroom is clean . Room has tv and phone but no channels in tv. The common area has fridge and water dispenser which is free to use. The only issue is the place lacks security. They all delivery boys like Swiggy and Zomato come right to your room. They told me they do not allow outside guests to use the living room facility but during our stay i found guest from other room had invited his friends for a small party. They ate food and alcohol in the common area and left over was not cleaned till the next day. They need to improve the level of security. By the way this place is in Undri and a new area under development. It is quite far from Magarpatta and definitely far from Swargate or Pune Station. I stayed here because we have a relative whose house is small and in the same area.

Very basic, keep expectations low
Reviewed By sprasad1We had to book last minute, and as we were running out of options we booked a bungalow here (we were allotted No 7 - there are 8 in all). Positives: 1. Good location (right on old Mum-Pune highway), yet peaceful and spacious 2. Bungalows are spacious inside, particularly first floor. 3. Lots of space for kids to play, no problem with parking. Negatives: 1. Maintenance is non-existent. Leaky wash basins, partly broken balcony doors, and so on. 2. Extremely poor linen: Those pillows... nightmarish. 3. It's like staying in a bygone era - no health faucets in the toilets, geyser works only in the first floor, and so on. 4. Very expensive for the quality. 5. No food, no nothing - but we knew it beforehand, so no complaints. Conclusion: I can only see people picking this property under 2 circumstances: A. No other options available B. Stay quality is not a priority of your visit & you are visiting Lonavala for a far more exalted reason.
