it has the basics of a 2 star hotel, with some issues.
Reviewed By Liz DI suppose the quality of this pousada is probably to be expected of a two star hotel. It has basic necessities but not much else. Looks very run down, no charm at all, very poor, sterile lighting, dirty walls, etc. I feel that though this is what I should expect from a 2 star hotel, there were details that were problematic and was the opposite of paying attention to details which demonstrate that the hotel cares. For example, the pillow stunk like too many sweaty heads had slept on it, the refrigerator was off (or broken), door open, with a glass inside (possibly dirty?), there was no shampoo, there was a hair dryer but the plug didn't fit in the outlet, they didn't bother putting the toilet paper roll in the toilet paper dispenser, etc. The wifi is good though and the woman at the front desk was nice. I kind of wished I had booked a different hotel....

Reviewed By RcassiabcÉ a segunda vez que optamos por nos hospedar no Perequê-açu aparts, ano passado tivemos muito problema com wi-fi, porém esse ano o problema foi solucionado e tínhamos sinal em qualquer parte do apart. O ar condicionado no quarto e na sala faz muita diferença no calor de Paraty, as toalhas são trocadas com frequência e a limpeza é feita diariamente, desde que solicitada. O apart possui os utensílios básicos para uma boa estadia, permitindo ao hóspede que faça suas refeições no local, se assim desejar. Se quiser optar por aplicativos de entrega, é só avisar na recepção e sua refeição é entregue no seu apart.

Reviewed By Heidi MVisiting the community of Cana! First, the city officials (Mayor, Council Members) were amazingly hospitable, gracious and Faithful, Christian men! The hotel location was in a great area, next to a beautiful park!! ...with monkeys, rabbits, turtles and more!!! The staff was amazing.....provided all things we needed with a wonderful breakfast of local fruits, bakery items and eggs prepared to order! Rooms were clean and spacious! Air conditioned rooms provided great comfort after long hot days in the Amazon! Coffee at any time of day!!

Nice atmosphere beside the Bay of Paraty. Near the Historic Center(600m) where there are bars, restaurants, hipsters and the monuments of colonial architecture. Rent for the season more economical option that the inn or hostel, is the rental of apartments, flats. We offer private flats and apartments for couples, 4 or 6 persons. It has fine workmanship, all rooms with ceiling fan, closet, private baths, full room, sitting room and kitchen with acessories combined, and also containing bed linen and towels. along the New Quay Fish (100m), near the beach in New Construction (200m), which had connected directly to the historical center. It is also within 800 meters of bus station.

Reviewed By Heloisa H. KNão imagine que conseguirá passar seus dias indo à pé ao centro histórico. Mas a pousada possui quartos grandes e confortáveis e o proprietário nos recebeu com muita atenção. Café da manhã é opcional, mas se marcar algo muito cedo, é melhor providenciar nos mercados da região. Silencioso e confortável, com ar condicionado, tudo limpo e arrumado. Leve seu repelente.

Casa do Tuga is located in Sertão do Taquari (Serra da Bocaina) near Paraty, located between the beach and the waterfalls. A fantastic area for those who like to walk, observe different types of birds and do activities (such as cascading in the falls: Cachoeira da Usina e da Melancia), among others. Casa of Tuga has tv with internet connexion and . Taquari, has several restaurants, a bakery, supermarket, hairdresser and souvenir shops. There are beach tents (quiosque) 400 meters from Casa do Tuga, overlooking the natural swimming pool, the ocean. The house is located 25km from Paraty center. You can walk in the area and find many waterfalls and rivers on your route. Taquari has stunning views and beautiful scenery by the location between beach and waterfalls. But also if you want to go to the beach, you are in the juise area ... the first one is located at 2km (Praia do Taquari). Reviewed By adamwilliams663I've traveled with a group of friends, and Casa do Tuga has a fantastic location. I've stayed in a house next the forest... the feeling is indescribable! The place is very quiet ... and at night we would hear the sound of the waterfall mixed with our guitars ... and of course, beer and barbecue...it was amazing!!!. I often slept in a hammock trying to read a book! :-D Atlantic Forest and having good internet ... was excellent. Well, my job allows me to do that. And usually, I don't stay longer in the same place ... because the internet connection in certain hotels is horrible. But Casa do Tuga ... surprised me. The house was very clean and lovely staff. We stayed there for a month, and Elisabete (owner) always helped us with tips and everything. She does not live in Brazil, but, there was always someone available on the few occasions we need. Walking on the trails, visiting beautiful waterfalls and as well as islands ... it was truly wonderful. I've been in Paraty before...but, definitely Thank you Beth for your attention and all the tips. Certainly, I shall return to the House of Tuga.
