Located next to the ski slope Stadion and only 100 meters from the skilift Lupului slop, Traveland is located at 1020 meters altitude, in Poiana Brasov and 13 km from the center of Brasov. Modernized in 2014, Traveland has 14 villas and apartments, in self-catering sistem. All the accommodation units have living room, kitchenette with fridge, bathrooms or bathroom with bathtub or shower, LCD TVs, terraces and balconies; Guests can enjoy the garden and have free use of the barbecue facilities property. In addition, there is luggage storage and ski equipment storage and a ski rental center. Free private parking is available on site - reservation is needed Wifi is available in all areas and is free of charge. At 50 meters there is a restaurant and a coffee shop just 50 meters away, a grocery store 1 km and 1 km from the property a market. Count Dracula's Castle is at 25 km, the medieval city of Brasov is at 15 km and Bucharest Airport is located at 165 km.
Great location and stay with friends
Reviewed By douggieashWe stayed here as a group of 8 friends consisting of 5 adults and 3 children. Whilst the chalets are a bit worn and sometimes smell of damp, we were happy with our stay. The biggest plus is the location of the chalets which were right next to the beginners ski slope that provides a button lift to the main Gondola. The chalets had good size kitchens, TVs in every room and we had a maid twice in a week. The heating worked very well and we had warm waters when needed. The outside park facilities were great which includes access to a bbq, children park and play facilities. We visited during the skiing season, but would imagine it would be great to visit in the summer. Overall we had a great time and given the price of our stay, we couldn't really complain and would recommend if you are willing to forgo a few things

Amazing value all around
Reviewed By igal060357In all my travels this is the most lovely inn I have Stayed in. From My excellent room balcony I could see Dracula‘s castle. The furnishing in the lobby was fabulous . The hotel staff at the front desk and restaurant was very professional and friendly. The restaurant served tasty five star platters. If you are going to Bran this is a must place to stay!

Reviewed By Moldovan TThe place is positioned very close to the Black Church - giving an amazing view. The rooms are spacios and the central heating makes the ambience pleasant. The small kitchen has microwave, coffee filter, and toaster which proved to be very useful for a quick breakfast. The negative part is the mould found in the bathroom, and on different parts of the walls, especially close to the windows. The bed was not so comfortable, making noises with every tiny movement, thus the sleep was not relaxing during a 2-nights stay.

Great location but no sleep
Reviewed By Susan LThis hotel is located in what would be a lovely square however when we arrived it was taken up with a stage and seating for a concert in a few days time. It was very difficult to find as it’s behind a restaurant and there are no signs to direct you. The room was fine and the air conditioning worked. However there must be a nightclub very close by as we were kept awake all night first from the noise and then from people talking and laughing really loudly at 5.30am. Then at 6am work continued on the stage area in the square. This could have been eased if the windows were double glazed or the curtains were thicker but the curtains didn’t even cover the very thin windows. Breakfast was confusing too. We were directed to a nearby restaurant but there were no details about what the hotel breakfast included. We ordered from the menu we were given but after the (quite poor food) were told we had to pay as it wasn’t included.

Reviewed By ovidianacWarmly, very big space inside, clean. But the living( big) room is very empy. They can decorate it better, just adding maybe some more home decorations, maybe just some cheap paintings on the wall. Really it could be a 5 star location with such a small investment! But is clean and it has a good location!

Last Minute - more than our expectations
Reviewed By EmiliyanWe took last moment decision to visit The area and chose “Brasov Holiday Apartment” as well(into last minute), but we were very nicely surprised by the host – Monica! Really very nice and amazing person, helpful and very friendly! About apartment – big enough, well furnished, well illuminated by day-light and in very peaceful and quite area. The apartment has very well equipped kitchen (with some things which we saw for first time in such kind of property– Thanks a lot!), day room was big enough with nice and simple design, TV with a lot of channels. Bedroom was with big enough, sleeping quality is quite good(sofa as well) and you may take proper rest all the time ….. About cleanness – 10 points from 10! Extremely clean apartment! Surrounding area is a new(still construction in progress) and this is a reason to be still quite. Unfortunately, is a bit far from a city center, but if you are with a car – there is no any problems! Monica will guide you to the parking slot in front the building and …. Everything is fine! About 400meters away is Pizza Hut and a few supermarkets too …. Thanks a lot for everything Monica …..

Good location, average room
Reviewed By Yvonne3417Location was perfect, staff were average and the room could have been cleaner. The sheets were too small for the bed which meant you would have to continually adjust them unless you wanted to sleep directly on the dirty mattress/ duvet cover and the shower did not drain properly.
