This was our second day in Israel touring with our guide, Mickey. It was a excellent full day tour of Jerusalem and Bethlehem with Guided Tours Israel. As she did on the previous day's tour to Galilee, Mickey did a wonderful job of giving us the history of each place that we visited and moving us from place to place so that we didn't miss any of the important sites. It was a very rainy day but we were still able to see and do everything as planned. I highly recommend Guided Tours Israel not only for the great tour that they planned for us, but for the price and communication before the tour that made the day go very well.

Very disorganized and unprofessional. The guide talked mostly about how good he is, how well trained, what a great driver we had, what a great restaurant and gift shop he took us to. Yes, he covered some history, but had lost his credibility with all the BS. Very chaotic at the beginning and the end. Uncomfortable vans. Would not recommend this company.

Booking-Tours's customer service team has the best and most caring and efficient operators in any travel business I have used. They have, without doubt, made every effort to secure a booking for our small group of friends, on the cruise we wanted and on the date we wanted. Despite this being booked out, Muhamed grabbed some cabins that were just released and held them for us. Not just he, but others such as Nadine, Ibrahim, and Ashraf in Cairo, did a fantastic job of always being on top of the situation and trying to secure for us What we wanted. Thanks, Muhamed for getting those places - exemplary service - and great pro-active work! I commend you to your boss as a great example of a valuable employee. BTW we have all booked and paid our deposits and the cabins have been confirmed. Looking forward to a great holiday. H. Else

Shachar felt like a member of the family, only one with an encyclopedic knowledge of the history, culture, politics, and geography of Israel and surrounding countries. He made it possible for my brother, niece, and me to take our mom/grandmother on an unforgettable trip to Israel. From Caesaria to Tzefat, Jerusalem to the Dead Sea, he guided us, drove us, and delighted us with his good humor and kind heart. He also spoiled us; I can't imagine my next trip without him.

Thank you so much Jordan Horizons Tours for your prompt and unquestioned refund of the full deposit paid for our planned trip. We were so disappointed to miss this trip - but the pandemic changed so many plans for so many people. Our shore excursion from Aqaba for 12 people ( 6 couples) had been meticulously planned with Andrea by email. We definitely would like the opportunity to visit Jordan in the future - perhaps a longer trip, not just a shore excursion. Absolutely recommend Jordan Horizons Tours and would book with them again
