On our way back from North Adelaide, we slowly drive in front of the Cathedral. It's a magnificent building, in which my friend's husband officiated a wedding.

Holy Trinity Church

I attended sunday 10.30am service. It was very good. We sang songs which praise our Lord together, followed by Gospel by pastor. Then we all had a small conversation with tea/coffee and snacks before we left to our homes. Very peaceful atmosphere with extremely friendly people.itsnthe oldest church in Adelaide so its architecture is also marvelous. Its next to Adeliade convention center and city west tram station.

There are some wonderful stained glass windows, a fine organ and some classic church furniture in this fine building. The inside is well lit and beautiful. The friendly guide handed us a helpful Information for Visitors leaflet. A side door leads to a pleasant office area, where you can take the lift to the church op shop.

St Michael's Anglican Church

Reviewed By PaulS803 - Adelaide, Australia

I photographed this church in detail many years ago, and it is good to visit it again. Through the lychgate on a Saturday afternoon, and the old stone Gothic-style Church lies before us in generous surrounding natural grounds. We are delighted to find the church open. The design is unusual with a double nave. The interior is relatively dark with no lights, but this helps set off the colourful stained glass windows. This is a beautiful peaceful space, great for worship and contemplation, but also a good destination for the interested visitor.
