Ten cabins of varied forms conform the complex whose architecture corresponds with the fuegian architecture, and were designed carefully to be as one with the natural surroundings of the fuegian forest and to take care of and to conserve their beauty. The cabins were entirely constructed with fuegian wood, by local carpenters. Being separated from each other, they offer privacy and warmth to the guests during their stay.

Reviewed By SBandHGWe really enjoyed our stay here, and especially fell in love with Ushuaia! The cabins are spacious and clean, but could use some improvement. Very cosy but spacious living room and bedroom, the shower was however VERY small! The water is also yellow, especially after the rain.. a bit gross! Breakfast is provided as well, but could be better. We had an issue with the key / front door. They told us it would be fixed right away, it unfortunately was not. Overall we really did enjoy the cabins, the privacy, and the beautiful forest / nature.

Reviewed By oldtraveller63It's a great place, nicely appointed, beautiful and quiet except for birds. Access road is in bad shape - non just gravel or 'ripio' but really badly maintained road following the river bank. It's not the resort's fault, but they should push the municipality for road improvement. Owners bend over backwards to please clients. I walked all the way to the centre of Los Reartes and it's more than 2 Km unless they mean 'as the crow flies'. Los Reartes is very small and the supermarket keeps weird hours. A taxi to Villa General Belgrano costs between 85 and 100 pesos (Dec 2014). The extra bed in the cabin (a futon) was incredibly noisy every time you turned. A place worth visiting.

Reviewed By Diego NThe place could be very nice, at least that's what the photos showed, but it doesn't have maintenance, but worst of all, it doesn't have customer service, they don't have a sense of excellence in attention because at the first complaint they should have compensated shortcomings, but they did not do it, neither did the second complaint, by the third we lost patience. They did not answer my repeated emails and WhatsApp messages asking if the reservation was firm, and I had my heart in my throat until I arrived in Iguazú because they didn't answer. Upon entering there was no light in a room and they gave me the bulb so that I could change it myself! There was no floor cloth, there was no dishtowel, the detergent was diluted, maintenance left much to be desired with lots of broken things, towels and sheets were frayed and stained of how old they are, there were no lounge chairs in the pool. I paid 100 euros for two nights and it doesn't even have breakfast, with what they charge I could've stayed in a 4 or even 5 star hotel. I do not recommend them, keep on looking because your place is not here. I work in tourism and I regret that tourists are mistreated like this. They deserve a complaint at Consumer Protection for misleading advertising.

Fantastic stay in San Martin
Reviewed By TouringCyclistsGreat two-level apartments within walking distance to everything. The units were spacious, super-clean and really well equipped including all the stuff you need in the kitchen to do your own meals (grab some fresh pasta from Al Puro Huevo in town!!). The huge open fireplace will make it cozy in winter (there's also central heating) but was clearly not needed in the warm Patagonian summer. Fabulous host as well who was available whenever needed and she provided as most welcomed bowl of bakery sweets each morning. Plus, she easily overcame our lack of proper Spanish :-) We'd definitely stay again and a return to the area is absolutely likely.

Reviewed By ObservatorioWe didn't expect the cabin to have a 2nd floor, which was a surprising bonus! Right in front of the lake and a 5 minute walk from the centre. Friendly service, pretty good value for money. Great for families.

Advise on trips, attractions and activities in the area (Lanin, Nahuel Huapi and Arrayanes National Paks). In the best residential area of the city, near restaurants and commercial centre, near everything.
