We went on this very well organized trip. Nicole picked us up at our campsite and returned us afterwards. She had nice local tapas and had also enough to drink. She explained a lot about the tour, the Landscape and the car. If you like to go on a 4x4 trip and like driving yourself, I can recommend this trip to you.

We had a great trip around Valencia in a Tuk tuk with Miguel. Great way to see the city as you can get down lots of small side streets that other transport can’t do. Miguel was knowledgable and tailored the trip to our needs, stopping for photos when we asked. Really good fun and we’d highly recommend

This is a day trip to the Utiel-Requena wine region of about 7-8 hours. Your guide is a sommelier specialised in Valencian wines, who will tell you about the history of wine in Valencia region, about the grape varieties, and a lot more! We’ll first go to the picturesque village of Requena, where we’ll visit some 9th century caves that were used for storing cereals, meat and wine, the beautiful old clay pots are still there. Here we’ll do a short guided tour, and a first wine tasting (2-3 wines), before continuing to Utiel. Our next stop is an authentic 19th century winery, where we'll do a guided tour, starting in the vineyards, and following the wine making process from "grape to bottle". We see the vineyards, production area, and barrel rooms. After that we'll taste some (4-5) of their best wines. For lunch we'll go to a nearby village, a complete local lunch with more wine… This tour can be made wheelchair accessible, or done by groups bigger than 8, but only on request.

Inclusions: 2 wine tastings, 3-course lunch, Driver / tour guide-host, Hotel/port pickup and drop-off, Private tour, Transport by private vehicle / air-conditioned minivan, Alcoholic Beverages

Exclusions: Gratuities

I have done multiple tours with Johan, both local tastings within the city of Valencia and visits to vineyards throughout the Valencia region, and every one has been tremendous. He has customized wine tasting and dinner for me and my wife (a Christmas present for my wife), and taken us wine/cheese shopping for unknown treasures (we have since moved to Valencia and continue to do tours/tastings with Johan). If you don't see the specific tour you want, just tell him what you're looking for exactly and he'll work with you to make it happen. He is VERY knowledgeable and friendly, he speaks several languages, and he is very helpful in not only things related to wine, but all things Valencia. I couldn't have been happier with each of my experiences. I would hire him every time and recommend him without hesitation to anyone visiting Valencia.

We will start our adventure and travel in time. We will relive distant times in which Moorish and Christian peoples coexisted and fought on the frontier. You will get to know the thrilling and tragic story of the Lovers of Teruel: an authentic Spanish love tale which happened 350 years before Shakespeare wrote Romeo & Juliet. We will discover the Mudéjar architecture which is World Heritage and the fruit of the meeting of civilizations in Teruel. Hidden among the mountains, we will storm the defiant walled town of Albarracín; majestic, proud and independent. This is without a doubt one of the most beautiful villages in Europe. Amir is incredibly knowledgeable on the subject, ask any questions on the history of the region, he has an answer. Firstly we followed Roman tracks on road level, then went underground, where, naturally, one expects to see Roman relics. Our trip on the bus and into Sagunta was enjoyable, especially with the ordered tapas at Jesùs' bar to look forward to. A climb up to the restored theatre and on to the castle was a little strenuous, but only if you had Tarancino with the snacks! Back down steep, narrow lanes, through the ancient Jewish quarter, to the bus. All in all, an informativ outing and money well spent. Highly recommended!
