I’ve been to Doctor Manoj during my holiday. I’ve been under his and his team treatments for a week with great results for both my mind and body . The atmosphere is very professional but also friendly. The staff is very experienced and kind . I’ve loved the massages, especially the Shirodara of Sabita, the lady that cared of me during my staying . She is very kind and experienced. Doctor Manoj is very prepared and nice person. I’ll be back for sure and I recommend this place to everyone want to experience the Real Indian Ayurveda in Varkala .

I stayed here 6 days Jan 2020 and had a course of treatments, the staff were attentive and kind. Mainly though the treatment worked I have returned home and some problems I have had as long as I can remember and thought were permanent have gone. I will return next year. They were also great value for money. Marie C

I got 3 rings made by Wahid and am super pleased with all of them. He allowed me to control every detail of the design to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. The whole family were always welcoming and shared chai with us. Highly recommend getting jewellery made here ☺️

During Sept / Oct 2019, my husband and I were looking for an authentic ayurveda centre in south india and after searching and following up on many recommendations from friends and associates, we whittled down to four wellness centres. Our 'must have' list included : Authentic ayurveda treatments and not resort or spa like. Should have our well being at heart and spiritually based ( to practice the highest principle of fair exchange). Open, honest, generous and full of integrity. Long term health gains due to doctors care, knowledge and treatments. Due to so many choices, we were confused. Therefore in silent meditation listened to my inner feelings and we decided to book AyurSoul Wellness Retreat in Varkala, Kerala for 21 days. We are so happy. As I write this review, that it not only met all our 'must haves', but the entire experience was beyond our expectations! We have had the opportunity to witness the entire hand made herbal oil preparations. The AyurSoul Wellness centre is well known as the only centre who make their own oils! Eleven varieties of oils are made, once a year with traditional recipes passed down from times unknown. We were so blessed to witness the process and learn about nearly sixty to eighty different herbs used for different oil compositions. Varkala is one and a half hours car journey from the International Trivandrum airport - TRV. We have been at AyurSoul Retreat since three weeks and one more day before we sadly leave. We found Dr. Pramitha Ratheesh an amazingly caring, generous and positively efficient ayurveda doctor. Dr. Pramitha is extremely knowledgeable, very humble and straightforward individual. Her integrity reflects in her work and in her team of doctors and therapists. So far each and everyone, whom we have had the opportunity to interact with are a mirror image of their leader; Dr Pramitha in efficiency and intense clarity. We took a 21 day panchakarma package. There are various packages offered and during your correspondence the doctors would recommend your length and packages according to your health needs. We are already feeling the benefits, and looking forward to long term positive impact on our overall health and well being. AyurSoul is beautifully spread over three leafy plots with five double and a couple of single room accommodations and about ten therapy rooms. The facility caters for two couples therapy rooms too. Upon entering the AyurSoul gates we felt the serenity and calm. AyurSoul Retreat Centre (ARC), is only a three minute walk to the amazing Varkala, helipad cliff. The daily sunsets meditations overlooking the Arabian Sea, have been the cherry on the cake. We highly recommend AyurSoul to anyone who is looking for a first time or repeat Ayurveda experience or those serious enough to improve their health and create a positive outlook towards life. It's simple, basic and immaculately clean rooms were a delight during our stay. Daily routine may vary with, daily meditations, yoga, chakra healing, zumba, therapies charted as per your doshas and simple yet scrumptious vegetarian food. Cooking classes were scheduled to start soon. Some of the above mentioned activities are optional and offered at an additional cost. We would like to thank all the feedback so far, as it really helped me to decide to go to this amazing place. One major point to mention please don't decide with only the price of therapies, as even though at face value others may be cheaper, but there are alot of other factors to take into consideration. Enjoy and create memories in this lovely world! Our sincere thanks to Dr Pramitha (owner and visionary). Doctors Guari and Amna your kindness and love is heavenly. My dearest doctor god bless you.. Thank you very much my dearest ayurveda doctor Dr.Sharun for curing me from my chronic inflamatory disease called Polymyalgia Rhuematica. I cannot believe still in this miracle created by Dr.Sharun as i am completely relieved symomptomatically and the blood parameters CRP,ASO, RF,ESR all is in normal range now that one thought in my past these values never would have rebalnced in my life. I was taking a cortisone dose of 20 mg when i met the Dr.Sharun and my condition was absolutely bad with myalgia and the joint pain with stiffness. I choosed Dr.Sharun through internet after a long research to find a good ayurveda clinic to get my cure. After i started the treatments i am very very satisfied as he himself and his colleque doctors giving enough care to each and every patients even when the clinic always seems to be busy with people different locations of the world.. Dr.sharun explained me well the procedures about to perform in each phase of my treatments. Three kinds of treatments were performed in 21 days. Just after the first week i started to feel the difference in my joints and muscles and i conveyed this to Dr.Sharun, he smiled and said "Dear you please keep this curing as a secret otherwise god will become jelous over you", I like his attitude as he always says jokes and i notice most clients were happy once they come out from Dr.sharun's chamber. He has really something extra special in his healing hands to convey to his patients. The Budha's quote infront of doctor's room says that "You are what you believe". I Cant believe how much confidence you get from that serene atmosphere of the clinic which is made up of natural things almost like bamboo, canes, woods etc.. So beautiful calm and peaceful with the chanting adimantras all the time.. I found many people were there to study ayurveda and they are mainly from Europe as Dr.sharun is a guest lecturer of ayurveda for some European ayurveda instituitions. Its better to make and appointment with Dr.sharun before your visit. After the consultation he will definitely meet you and make the follow up in total days. His colleque doctors at your hands everyday any time to help you. An excellent mature therapy team. I have just completed the most incredible, wonderful, informative, inspiring 200 hours yoga teacher training course with Adishakti Yogashala. I didn’t stay at their guesthouse Pachamama, as I already live somewhere else but Pachamama is a wonderful place to be based while doing the course. Lovely rooms and balcony space over looking the lush and green garden. And all of the food made for us was made with care and consideration while doing the course, tasty and delicious meals all day every day. All the teachers have been absolutely amazing. Their knowledge, care, compassion, support, guidance, humour and love has been so incredible. They have the most wonderful patience and are so supportive and have been so lovely to us all as a group and individually too. The theory classes were full of such in depth topics and I have learnt so much from each and every class. The Asana classes have taught me so much too. Manoj’s classes were extra special with his meditation, Mudra, pranayama and yoga nidra and included. Sujeesh is an incredibly patient fantastic ashtanga teacher. Anil’s alignment and adjustment classes were so helpful and beneficial to really understand the postures. I have learnt so much from each teacher due to their kindness, teaching and knowledge. I am so very grateful for everything that they have shared and I highly recommend this yoga school for the structure of their courses, the lessons, their knowledge and general all round excellent service that they give to their students and guests.
