La Basilica De San Isidoro De Leon

The museum has the wellknown as the Sixtine Chapell of the Romanesque Art because of the 11th century romanesque frescoes, and the mythical chalice related by a recent research with the Holy Grail .

Reviewed By SunshinefromUSA - Wisconsin, United States

We took at chance on an English tour of this museum and were completely impressed! Besides the Holy Grail claims, their guide was fantastic and did a great job leading us through the history of carvings, paintings and their collections relics. They have been able to save many items from surrounding religious houses that no longer exist, so overlook the hype and enjoy your tour.

We spent a few hours slowly walking around the inside and outside of this beautiful building - there is so much to see and take in, so much detail in the construction, and the natural light inside shows off Gaudi's incredible talent.

Castrillo de los Polvazares

Reviewed By FactotumDellaCitta - London, United Kingdom

This is a quaint village, which retains its 16th-century architecture, including roads poorly paved with cobblestones. However, the Maserati parked in front of one of the houses, indicates that the village has departed from its mostly agricultural past and now caters to tourists. it is quite lovely nonetheless.

Cueva de Valporquero

Cave with different touristic tours and activities, all them with a professional guide explaining the cave´s features. With two different levels, the cave offers a tour visiting the seven room in the touristic level, and an adventure activity in the second one. Exhibitions and mountainering.

Reviewed By LexiSpain - Algeciras, Spain

This cave is quite spectacular and the 1 hour guided tour for 6€ was very reasonably priced as the guide was very well versed in the history and geological information on the cave itself. The stalagtites and stagalcites were awesome.
