Reviewed By AbuRoko1973Have stayed one night with the family. It is cosy place we're you will be welcomed by friendly staff. Room was clean, air conditioned. Have had nice breakfast as well. Coffee served at the bar is excellent with nice cakes home made. Guess there is no better place to stay nearby.

Maksimilian is a relaxed, romantic and hopefully inspiring place to stay, miles away from the big hotels with lots of stars. Luckily, our guests are our stars!
Excellent little hideaway in the old town of Osijeck

Even travelling during a pandemic, the hotel is welcoming, and incredibly friendly, a home away from home. Located in the old town, just outside Osijek, hidden behind a wooden door that must have been there for a few hundred years, is an awesome courtyard. As a cyclist, the secure bike storage room was a huge benefit. As someone who enjoys a couple of glasses of wine after a day in the office, the cosy self-serve bar is awesome. Highly recommended.

Good food, bad service
Reviewed By freebennyrhymeI was there one weekend for lunch, the owner rented a big table for some people who celebrated something and let their music on cellphones, screaming and disturbig everyone around. Waiters didn't want to do or say anything. We and all the people who just came for a lunch were waiting for and hour to get food and to be noticed by the waiters, because they were only serving the celebrating crew. Only one waiter appologised. Food was ok even though we waited for one hour to get it. I came once again few months after only for a drink, and again wasn't noticed for 20 minutes. Then the waiter saw me and ignored to come for 10 minutes more even though it wasn't so much people that afternoon in the restaurant.

Good place to sleep, and Nice Pool!
Reviewed By Piet dBiser Dunava is a nice guest house with a great, sun-facing Pool as special attraction. I found it while crossing Croatia, looking for a B+B near the Serbian border. Reservation was Easy by phone, and I got there in time to benefit from the Pool! The Room was Good, Clean, comfortable, with a nice deck to sit outside in the evening sun as well. The Bathroom was Good, wifi was good. Payment was in cash, and for breakfast you need to use a local restaurant or do a coffee-shop at a fuel station. In my case, I checked out fairly early and crossed into Serbia for Coffee and Breakfast. I can recommend Biser Dunava, for the pool and a very good place to sleep.

Reviewed By Joky80I stayed here for one night during a business trip and would say that it’s basically a place to sleep. The interior is very old both in the lobby and in the rooms. There’s also a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the whole hotel including the rooms and there are people smoking in the restaurant located in the lobby in the evenings. Service is OK and the room was as clean as it can be considering the age of the interior. Breakfast was OK, not comparable to a large hotel chain but anyway OK with some things to eat. Check in and check out was smooth and they had prepared key cards before arrival. The location is excellent right in the city center next to the main square.

I didnt expect much and wasnt impressed at all, what you pay is what you get, it was a budget option and the price matched the stars. The room was small and smelled a bit dubious, the furniture was old, the TV had only local channels, the bath was small aswel, it had a pretty big balcony. The checkout was sloppy, they almost asked me to pay again for the reservation which was allready paid in advance because they couldnt find the confirmation from my Travel Agency, and ofcourse they charge you the tourist tax at checkout. The breakfast was buffet with pretty poor options. The big plus is the location and the private parking they offer. Decent for one night stay, not suitable though if you have kids due to the room being very small.

The breakfast was great, too! We loved being at the property. The wait staff at the bar were always very good to us. Good wifi, clean rooms. The best part was the spa building! New and beautiful, so relaxing, the owners thought of every detail. Easy parking, cute town, friendly people. We were sad to leave!

Beautiful hotel with excellent food and glamurous interior
Reviewed By antonelaromic0702If You are looking for peaceful ambient in beautiful nature, luxurious hotel with elegant interior, then Hotel Mozart in Kinkovo, near Virovitica is the right choice for You. We'e been there to celebrate one important event and we were completely delighted with excellent food. We were eating meat plates typical for that region. All the ingredients were fresh, carefully prepared and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone looking for extraordinary experience in beautiful nature.

Reviewed By iva_cro91Great place to stay. We had a great time. Staff is helpful and friendly. Restaurant has variety of food, breakfast is rich and tasty. Owner will help you in any way. We went on an off road adventure to the nearby woods (organized and led by the owner). Landscapes are beautiful and breathing.
