Reviewed By AKWShixI stayed here for a week and it was pleasant enough. For breakfast I would usually have either the eggs or the pancakes. It is strange that they have these options for what they say is a continental breakfast in the menu! They also charge extra for milk if you are having coffee.... Although this seems to be common everywhere in Sevastopol. I also had dinner there on one night. I had the steak and it was quite good. The waiters and waitresses seem quite young and they are very efficient, swooping off your plates as soon as you are done. From what I gather the restaurant and the hotel are under different management. The hotel itself has free wifi although this seems to only work right next to the reception. The rooms are clean and spacious. I had the room right by the reception. They seem to just throw the sheet and blanket back onto the bed and dont do that tight bed making technique you would expect of a hotel, but that really doesn't matter. They definately don't change the beddings until you have gone as my friend had some shreddings off her pyjamus onto the sheets and that was left there the whole time... Anyway, minor things really... It is a good hotel all in all, and it is close to the beach.

A nice budget hotel in Sevastopol
Reviewed By Eugenia1957The Aurora is a small, clean and decent hotel, quite affordably priced. The rooms are not so spacious but well maintained, with all necessities like attached bathroom, fridge, AC, TV, etc.There is no restaraunt, but for a small sum of 250 roubles you can order a good breakfast: juice, fresh fruit, bread and butter, cold cuts and, to choose, either oatmeal porridge with milk or pancake rolls with cottage cheese /chicken and sour cream dressing, tea or coffee. Mineral water bottles are free in the rooms, for other snacs and beer in the mini bar you have to pay a small sum.There is a mall with food market and two eateries just 5 minutes walk. There is also a lobby with computer and printer, wi-fi works well. The hotel is well connected with the city centre by buses and trolleybuses.The stuff is friendly and helps in organizing excursions to historical places abundant in the city.

Not clean
Reviewed By PrinceofCaspianI stayed one day in this economical hotel, and as soon as I got the mildew smell of the towels, I decided to move to another hotel. The hotel is in a silent location, with its own green garden. Breakfast is included in the price. Wifi works well. There is no lift. To reach the hotel by public transport from a main street, you must walk through the path without pavement. The staff is friendly. There was no air condition in the room. I personally think the price I paid is not worth what I got. In the end, I decided to pay 20 dollars more per day and got a very clean room with A/C somewhere else.
