Reviewed By pamma2014We stayed in a rooms front of beach on new year eve. The persons run the place are good. Rupesh was simple and helpful person. There are suggestions to improve like they should provide atleast tea if not breakfast. Complementary waster bottles also missing but Rupesh provided them on demand. In room there were no tea/coffee making kit exept electric kettle which is no use without kit. In toilet too need to give good toiletries. Toilet need little repairs. Require little more staff to attend as Rupesh is busy in other things too. Still i wish all the best to them and surely like to visit again and hope to see little change

We are situated on the southern side of the beach; at a walkable distance from the beach (less than 300 mts). The guest house -I is a renovated colonial house having allair cond 11 rooms. The guest house -II is a new wing having 14 rooms.

Reviewed By Sonali GThis Guest house is located just 5 min walking distance from Palolem Sea Beach. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Bathroom is big with 24 hours running hot and normal water facility. Room is equipped with Electric kettle, Mini refrigerator,AC. All are working in good condition. Room has a small balcony with good sitting arrangement. We booked our room on spot for 2 days. But, it has no resturent. It is not really a problem, because there are plenty of good resturants nearby. Good experience to stay over there.

Caused harm to our health, broke our laptop, verbally harassed and threatened
Reviewed By kristinaruzThis was a huge mistake we made coming to the Tubki Resort. We rented the apartment for 3 months for our business trip in Goa. One night we had to wake up because of the toxic gas emitting from the AC. That thing seriously harmed our health: headaches, vomiting, dizziness, throat pain, poor breathing, and slowed heart beating. And when we asked to fix the AC, they just gave promises of someone coming tomorrow for 7 days straight until they allowed us to change the room. The thing is that this place doesn’t take care of their ACs, there were lots of reviews left on different platforms like booking.com, agoda and others. The staff are completely aware of the problem, but they put zero effort to fix it. And as a result our health suffered. But unfortunately, our health was not the only thing that suffered during our stay at the Tubki Resort. The charger and MacBook (that was only 2 years old and which worked just perfectly before the accident) worth of about 2,000 Canadian Dollars got burned out by their unsafe electrical connections. It was very painful for us to realize that this actually happened as majority of the work that we prepared to do on our trip in Goa was stored on that laptop. That was worth more than $20,000, but now we were not even able to restore any of the data due to hardware damage caused by Tubki Resort’s ignorance toward their guests safety and safety of their guests’ belongings. Now the most interesting! We attempted to to talk to the staff at the hotel, but what happened is that they brought some nonsense woman and called her their owner. To note, previously when a receptionist spoke with an owner on the phone, there was a male voice and they referred to the owner as “he” and then all of a sudden some random woman comes. It’s really doesn’t take that much effort to just google the owner of Tubki, who is a man. At the meeting, there were one random woman and 3 other resort’s managers and unfortunately none of them neither had an education nor manners, not even the very very veeeery basic knowledge of customer service and hospitality. To note, Tubki Resort calls themselves a 3 star hotel. Maybe they made a mistake and forgot to make it - 3 star resort. I traveled 13 countries and stayed in multiple hotels and apart hotels and never got so much disrespected and mistreated in my entire life. The moment when we would try to raise a complain about what happened to our health and laptop they would use their hand to shut me down. One “manager” who came up to me, started hysterically shouting at me and putting her fingers near my face. By the way, she holds a position of a hospitality manager which makes the whole thing scary! If the hotel stands on such employees then what kind of treatment their guests will get? And this is after we paid to them 75,000 rupees for our stay. Their strategy when the complain rises is to deny everything while hysterically yelling at their guests. After that, they evicted us from the room without any notice and didn’t want to refund extra days that we already paid. As a result, we had to pack our bags in 1 hour and go + they were calling, sending people and sending messages to us when we were just 3 min late! That just shows how low these people are. This is a complete injustice that happened over there. They harmed our physical, mental and emotional health! Robed us more than for $20,000! Some other reviews were saying that they bribe police to get clean from all the dirty things they’re doing. This is very unfortunate that we had to cross our path with these disrespectful, unprofessional, uneducated, barbarians that are calling themselves professional hotel staff. Now we are trying to get justice via our embassies and take the issue internationally.

All rooms have en suite facilities and are available with or without air-condition. We are not right on the beach or not right by the roadside where it can get noisy by the night, so the convenient location makes Hotel My Soulmate a memorable place for the “Soulmates” & others to revisit every year.

Don't expect a 5-star stay experience but they have met far the expectation when compare with the tariff. It's in a very beautiful location and the hotel premises is also very sweet. The rooms are very clean! Also, there is one cute dog buddy who is very quiet and cute! The only thing which I would like the management to improve is the bathroom.

Ok value for money
Reviewed By D SThe Green Inn is ok value for money, with large, relatively clean rooms and bathrooms, and a kettle, sitting area and flat screen tv. Close to The Space, which serves amazing food. About 5-10 minutes by tuktuk-bicycle from the beach and shops and 20 minutes to walk to the beach. You can pre-order lunch and dinner through a menu and eat it at the restaurant. No wifi in the rooms, only at the desk and the restaurant. I asked for wifi in my room and the manager kindly relocated the router for a little while, so that I had wifi for about an hour. Minuses are the not having wifi in the room, that breakfast doesn't start till eight, and there are a lot of mosquito's. I was in the neighbourhood and needed a place with aircon, so this suited me well, but I imagine that you can get a nice beach hut for the same (or very possibly even less) money. Plusses: friendly staff and airconditioning.

Reviewed By MusicMan267Paid £16 per night. It’s not the Ritz, but it was central to everything and clean with comfy beds. The staff were friendly and we had a lovely stay. Don’t expect luxury, but great if you’re on a budget.

It is right at beach, yet away from all noise providing perfect blend of peace and proximity to ocean waters. Walk out from Club Palolem, walk to the beach and enjoy the breathtaking view of entire Palolem beach seen from nowhere else.
A silent retreat on the beach
Reviewed By NitinV81Just across the road lies this small but comfortable accomodation. All rooms are nicely done with AC, WiFi and a fridge to compliment your stay. They have big bathrooms with warm water suply throughout. They have installed taps just outside the rooms to wash your feet after a stroll on the beach. They don't have a functional kitchen but do serve breakfast. For lunch and dinner there are number of options near by. You can also hire a car or two wheeler if you wish. Mr Siddhesh kept us comfortable throughout our stay and even arranged for pick and drop service from airport at a price we'll below the market rates. Keep the good work going and best of luck for your future endeavours.

Palolem Beach, which is well known as 'Paradise Beach', is the uncrowned queen of Goa's beaches. About a mile long, this incredibly beautiful crescent cove is fringed by a shady rim of coconut palms and the whole beach is hemmed in at either end by rocky crags. Although this beach used to be known as idyllic and peaceful, it is getting livelier every year than its northern counterpart -- the Baga Beach. Palolem is a happening place with regular parties, music and what have you. We provides beautiful accommodation for all types of traveler with prices varying throughout the season.

Breakfast opens around 9 am, if you order breakfast at 9 it gets delivered around 10 to 11 am. First you need to wait for an order and then it gets served. This place gets too many bookings but even though the quality of service is poor. About room service and cleaning they have same issues and cleans rooms every 2nd or 3rd day. The rooms they named like partial sea view and other but they don’t have such views. They focus on quality of rooms sold, not quality of services. The music they plays in afternoon is loud and annoying who would like to have afternoon sleep. Overall the location of the place is good but the experience is not expected as the popularity of this place.
