Wonderful, with spacious and clean rooms.
Reviewed By Lucia CNewly renovated. Cozy, clean in a perfect location. This hotel is recently been renovated with taste and it’s very welcoming, from the furnishing to the staff. The location is right in town but in the nature. Sheets were wonderfully, clean and crisp. Room and bathroom are very spacious. Upon arrival the sofa bed for our daughter was attentively made and extra towels and toiletries were added for her. Beautiful clean (not carpeted) floors, and ceilings with wood beams that made it seem like we were in a cozy cottage. The price was very competitive and included breakfast which was abundant in size and choices. We would definitely recommend this place and hopefully be back one day.

A nice hotel with Victorian style rooms close to city center
Reviewed By edwardsfamily30813A very nice hotel with big rooms. Our lodging was actually a two room accommodation with a very spacious bathroom with a balcony. I like the Victoria Style and it’s very close to downtown and the river. It’s a great place and location. The bed was super comfortable with very large fluffy pillows. The other room has a pullout couch (double bed) with small frig and water cooker

Minimal shampoo, water in the room, coffie maker, heating for drying towels and close to minimal breakfast. But spacy rooms 4 meters to the sealing. Good location, 10 min walk to the busstation. Recommended, consider high price compare to Prag.

Our family B&B is beautifully situated in a historic building in the heart of the Karlovy Vary spa center, opposite the Market and Sprudel Colonnades. All rooms have central heating, a flat-screen TV, a fridge and an electric kettle. Each room contains a bathroom with a toilet, shower, soap and towels. You can borrow a hair-dryer free of charge. There´s free Wi-Fi in the whole building. A parking space in our car park on top of the building has to be booked in advance. It is accessible from the „Pod Jelením skokem“ Street, and there´s an elevator which will take you to the rooms. We offer a rich breakfast buffet. We will be happy to answer any of your questions, or to help you with anything that you might need. We speak Czech, English, German and Russian.
A lovely experience surrounded by the beauty of Karlovy Vary. Highly recommended!
Reviewed By WalesGozovisitorWe just couldn't have asked for more. Upon arriving, you’ll have at your service the best person to guide you during your visit in Karlovy Vary. The owner of the B&B had a full list of things to do and places to go, as well as sights, restaurants and bars to avoid! The room was so spacious and clean, plus looking out of the window was a view to die for. It's located in the centre of the old town, just next to three of the thermal water springs and the market. The only place to look at should you visit Karlovy Vary!

Old original Czech building in beautiful spa town, immaculate renovation of all rooms, center of town, with breakfast, internet access, English, German , Czech speaking staff, Walking distance to all towns places of interest and forest walks. Many spa hotels and services in town. Town is surrounded by forests, lots of lakes in area. 2hrs from Prague. Free pick up from town's bus/train station. One of the prettiest towns in CZ. 15min drive from German border.
OK, but not quite as advertised
Reviewed By robolotsWe booked this hotel via booking.com for 2 nights as we were in Marianske for a couple of days. On arrival there isn't a reception and on ringing the bell were met with a lady who spoke good english and queried our booking. We were shown to our rooms which to be fair are quite nicely decorated and clean. I asked about payment and was told to do this at breakfast the next morning. At breakfast the man serving us told us they were unable to accept any card payments (despite this clearly being stated that they did on the booking.com paperwork) and could only accept cash. I was asked to cancel the booking.com booking and he would give me a 10% discount rather than the hotel pay booking.com any fees. I'm not sure if they were really waiting for a new card machine or if this is a scam to get out of paying fees? Only they can answer that? If it is, it's a bit sad as if it wasn't for booking.com I wouldn't of known about the hotel in the first place. Breakfast was fine, but you basically had whatever was at your table (breads, cooked meats, cheese and jams and whatever fruit was there (1st day pineapple, second day apple). To be fair there was cereals, toast and various drinks, but no other choices and I found it a bit limited compared to other hotels I have stayed at. One of the reasons we choose to stay here was that they had an advertised bar. Yes it is there (same place as breakfast) but they said they hadn't operated it for over 4 years due to licencing issues. The rooms are fairly nice, but the bed (room 5) has the hardest non forgiving matress I have ever slept on. The bathroom was clean, although the sink tap constantly dripped and there were no shampoo's shower gels etc, only some cotton pads which I found a bit weird and they smelt musty! There were no tea and coffee facilities which I thought were pretty much standard practice now days. Overall it's quite a quaint traditional place, centrally located, but more like a guest house than a hotel. It needs a few tweaks (toiletries, tea/coffee facilities, a dedicated reception) but most of all it needs to be honest in the description of its facilities and practices.

Gorgeous Hotel?
Reviewed By Jet03929162934Gorgeous Hotel. We stayed here two nights and it was totally worth it. The building is historical and everything was curated at its best. The location of the hotel is also very good and it’s really quiet. The staff was so friendly, always helping us and always smiling. :) The room we stayed was called Tokyo. Everything was clean and the beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good too. You could chose by yourself your preferences. The girls at the kitchen were very kind.

A good choice at Karlovy Vary
Reviewed By Marcelo PHotel is new, rooms are big and comfortable. Walls are a problem since you can hear the neighbors a little, specially if you have loud ones... Breakfast was decent enough for a good start of the day. Staff was great and also helped us planning a hikking to Loket Castle. The walk from the train station was a little longer than what we had in mind but totally worthy after the perfect stay. I definitly recomend this place!
