Reviewed By danyal_ranaI'd be generous to give this a three-star rating, following a late arrival to the airport no one was answering the telephone to request an airport transfer with our luggage after two attempts so we made our own way via an Uber. The checkin was okay, entrance is unusual and small, luckily we had an airport transfer the next morning. Rooms are un-operational, outdated, small and dim lit. The shower was faulty so meant I had to hold it in one hand as it wouldn't fix in place, very shabby interior and decor - rest of the bathroom was just satisfactory with a few toiletries provided. Breakfast was however decent, via a menu card with choices given, basic but nicely presented and tasty. Service is lacking, no clear instructions, although English can be spoken and interpreted. Beds were reasonable, WiFi was working too, luckily. You can survive with this hotel, if you're looking for a night's stay at most.

The rooms are so nice and clean, if you want to have breakfast for an extra 5€ is so much that you can’t eat it all and if you want to have lunch or diner the disses are so big and tasty and cheap! I highly recommended !

Reviewed By 582vladoThe staff is very polite here and the food is good. Very good place to kick back and unwind or even do some work away from the office. It is not too far from the city so if you decide to go and visit it won't take long to reach the tourist attractions. Also, it is very close to the airport so you won't have any problems getting to your flight on time. They also provide shuttle service.

Reviewed By ShakilshahinWe had the misfortune to book this.there was no shuttle bus that was a lie to antice us.there was no reception or anyway to enter the block.we waited until someone came out.we had to phone reception and incurred costs as it was from our personal phone.there was no signs or directions.there wasnt anything.it was hell.there wasnt any hot water so no shower or washing.the room was ok.we had to ring again for breakfast incurring cost and got the code to enter the so called kitchen.there were stale and out of date items.the milk was off.no teabags to make a cup of tea.i would Not recommend this worst place ever.not worth a penny or headache.book ibis its closer to the airport

Average stay, good on space, not ok on overall experience. Will pick something else next time.
Reviewed By 500amandeepsRooms was very spacious, and was very clean. There was no elevator, I mean the property is next to airport, and there is no room on ground floor. Our room was on 2nd floor, and had to manually carry heavy suitcase 2 flights of stairs. So unless you are travelling light weight or have a strong back, I suggest look elsewhere. Additionally, there was no staff to help with luggage. First place which would not provide me hot water kettle for coffee. A big minus. Bathroom was smelling bad, the lady at reception said she cannot do anything, we should switch on the exhaust, it worked, but then there was noise of exhaust all the time. Stayed for 1 night, saw just one staff in the entire hotel, from afternoon till next morning, the lady at the reception, little weird.

Reviewed By andrea aMy flight was at 4am, I arrived at 20.30 tired after 5 h driving. I sent thru bookings details for the invoice and asked to find the invoice ready (they had card too). Once arrived a drunken receptionist told me 3 times that If am not happy that the invoice was not ready I was welcome to leave. I asked more than 5-6 times if I wanted an invoice. It took more than 25 minutes to check-in because of alcohol. This is the second time on booking.com on 200 bookings. The toilet smells because of pipes, room is noisy being 5 mt away from the road.

Reviewed By Lorena ZThe staff was attentive and nice and the room I stayed in was pretty and equipped with AC (on the third floor). They have a safe parking lot in the back with recording cameras pointed at it. Per total it was a nice stay and I would definetly recommend it. I suggest at least a coffee spot somewhere for the guests, this would really come in handy because they don't have a restaurant.

Reviewed By erikalkauskasMy flight arrival time was at 23:30 PM. I had been booked a room for 2 nights from 25-27 of may. Hotel manager reject a late check inn at 00:00 PM and next day morning cancel a booking. Worst ever customer service and management! Very disappointed..
