Reviewed By rensfordTidy and clean pensjonat close to the slopes staff friendly enough breakfast ok limited fruit on offer a bowl of apples , we eat less every day .random room service changed the towels 3 times in our 7 night stay beds never made once ! no bar or restaurant in the evening would have been good ,ok as as base but we would of liked a bit more comfort and facilities

Excellent stay over the New Year period
Reviewed By expl0rer16As a party of nine, we spent five nights at Bialka Widok to celebrate New Year. The overall experience was fantastic. The hotel is based in a picturesque ski resort, with good access to the transport network and local amenities. The staff are so friendly and incredibly accommodating. They serve a wide range of traditional Polish food thoughout the day, giving you a great chance to try many delicious dishes. The rooms are very comfortable, with wonderful views of the mountains. Bialka Widok was a lovely place to return to after a cold day exploring the wonderful sights of Poland.

Close to Bania/SKI, clean, warm and friendly !

Close to Kotelnica slopes, so close that we were walking there for maybe 5-7 min.(by the stream there is a short-cut :) Mr Rafal, at the reception desk, very very helpful : at some point my daughter forgot her little rucksag from near by hot springs called Bania (10min.walking distans) so he took me there by car and in few minutes time we got it back :). In the evenings we were sitting in a huge modern lobby/breakfast area (even though our room was big enough) having rest while kids were playing upstairs in a big playing room. And the best of all THE BREAKFAST !! (8-10am) Help your self, eat what ever you want, salad selection, eggs, polish ham and cheese selection, small hot sausages (kids loved them) , cakes, coffee machine is also there :), etc, etc...after that your are set for whole day! And again last day we had an early bus to Krakow when asked Mr Rafal if we could have breakfast 7,30am the answer was 'no problem', and after that he gave us a lift to the bus stop with all the luggage (we could walk there but it was -15°C (celsius) feel like temperature :)! Big Thanks to breakfast staff too, very helpful and always smilling, keeping place clean and tidy during breakfast hours. Greetings from Our familly, thanks a lot again.

Great place for family
Reviewed By crystaljoanLocation: Good location if you not bothered to drive to central Bialka.Close to Kaniowka Ski Slope which is less busy then Kotelnica Ski Slope.At the slope you will find restaurant ski school and few souvenirs shops. Accomodation: Really nice clean place.We had a family room 201 which was 2 double bedrooms really big bathroom .We travelled with 3 children age 8 month 4 and 8.We asked for cot and baby bath -no problem at all free of charge.In room we found clean bedding's and clean towels plus complimentary shampoos.Facilities included:high chair for baby to feed small bar which serves drinks withing good prices .Kitchen which was great for preparing small meals and warming up baby foods.There was bilard room and football table room plus small kids room with projection of cartoons. Hosts: Really nice family place with very friendly staff really trying to help .Good few nights entertainment . Food: We took New Year package .Breakfast really good with good selection of cold and warm food .Coffee and tea available whole day .Dinners were a bit disappointed There was always soup and second meal .We did not like much soups . Overall we had a great stay and nice welcoming hosts which really makes a diffrence when you travel with kids and you need bit of understanding. If I can suggest something for improvement will be : Dinner/Supper meal should be accompanied with cold selection of buffet as it is really only dinner not a supper. Kids room should be a bit bigger . Definitely improvement of dinners . Other then that nothing bad to say about this place.We will definitely return in future.

Reviewed By SMH-AT337We had a wonderful stay at Grand Tatry. Big shout out to Kamil who was so helpful and organised to collect us from the airport although it was very late at night. The Grand Tatry is a lovely place to stay, the rooms are spacious with everything you need. Breakfast was lovely with something different every day. Hot tub and sauna evening was wonderful (although hot tub is very very hot ?) and juts a stones throw from the slopes and restaurants. We will be back!

Great location just off main road
Reviewed By hawkwind23Great location about a fifteen minute walk from the ski lift , also a bus but we enjoyed the walk. Also close to good local restaurant in the evening and nice wee pub/bar next door. Rooms were very spacious with views of the slopes , we had a double bed and a single bed. Good storage with wardrobe etc and always warm. We enjoyed the breakfasts of local cheese and meats and the host cooked us eggs as well. I personally enjoying staying in these B&B places in the area , although language can be a barrier we find them very helpful and friendly. No hesitation in recommending.
