This quirky little gay pub has a great atmosphere and offers entertainment ... typical drag shows with colorful characters. Miss Candee ... my favorite. Great outdoor area where you can smoke. The venue does get very full and I thought the drinks were a little on the expensive side. $10 for a Vodka Soda (small glass) however the fun camp atmosphere makes up for it. Bar staff were great. Well worth a visit.

Pretty awesome bar actually. Has a great atmosphere, and rather laid back and chilled. Great place to just relax with a beer. Definitely a great fit for Smith Street.

James energy made the Brewery tour a fun experience though the highlight was definitely getting back to taste the beautiful food matched with Carlton beers. All the staff made it a memorable visit.

Spent a couple of hours here last Friday night with friends, what an experience. The USP for The Everleigh revolves around a simple question; 'ask the visitor what they like to taste in a cocktail and the bar staff will make up a recipe that best matches the taste buds'. WOW, mine included beer, whisky, citrus, ginger etc. Best cocktail I've ever had and then there's one last thing. The service was sensational! Simple recipe for success, great cocktails, excellent customer service read: I couldn't wait to share the good news!!

We really enjoyed some delicious food from the day's menu. Service was friendly and efficient and the atmosphere was a delight. Fantastic wine list too.

We had the most amazing celebration in the upstairs function room with a trendy „Speakeasy“ feel. You have your own private, self contained space, with the added bonus of access to the downstairs cocktail bar. Everything was PERFECT. Planning ran super smooth with Michael. Every question answered and lots of services offered (screens for slide show, sound system for your own play list, juke box). Absolutely brilliant set up for any function of 40-60 people. Used the bar tab option with tap beers/ciders, selection of wine/sparkling. Guests of various ages were all raving about every detail. We catered ourselves with grazing platters which worked really well. A massive thank you to the entire team at Polly for looking after everyone so well. We will be recommending you far and wide ????

Spent Sunday evening at this Pub with Asian and international flavours. I really wish they lose the burgers on this menu as the Asian food is so beautiful, you just want more of it. Ambiance, gas fire, dog friendly sooo good. Staff excellent, all round excellent.
