Family meal - we went here on Saturday night whilst visiting family on Anglesey myself and my partner, my dad and my uncle the food is always good but Saturday night it was fantastic the belly pork was lovely, the lamb was too and my fillet steak was cooked to perfection very tasty indeed my only criticism would be that they use frozen chips and proper home made chips would have been even better, staff were great very friendly nothing to much trouble we will definitely return for another meal 5*

The Valley aims to offer a very warm croeso / welcome and an authentic Anglesey experience. We are ideally located just off Junction 3 of the main A55 North Wales Highway, in the centre of the village, just 3.6 miles from Holyhead Ferry Terminal. In days
We have eaten at the Valley twice over the past few weeks as a family evening. Really enjoyed the choices and freshly made food. The staff work hard to make sure you all receive the food at the same time. Would definitely recommend you try this restaurant.

The Black Seal is located next to the promenade overlooking Treardur Bay, a child friendly sandy beach. When we visited on a gorgeous, sunny afternoon in late September, we took advantage of the alfresco dining area overlooking the sea. Despite being very busy, service was efficient and friendly. The food was well presented and cooked to perfection. I especially recommend the local Anglesey mussels for those with a liking for them. The restaurant/bar also provides outstanding sea views during times of inclement weather. Disabled access is good, via a side door and there parking in the public car park adjacent to the restaurant.

Great bar / restaurant great to have a catch up and the drinks flowed.Watched the rugby sadly for the locals wales got beat by Ireland. Then to my pleasure my team Liverpool beat burley 0:3 at burnley, great banter with the local Liverpool fans , lots of singing and dancing when the goals went in,Very popular bar with the locals and holiday visitors.A big shout out to the staff, it helps if the head barman is also a âwelsh redâ.Great location with stunning views. In Madrid we won it times.

We booked for 5.30pm because we had a young child with us (4years old). I offered to leave my debit card behind the bill but they declined. We were pointed to our table then NOTHING... no-one came to ask us anything!.... for ages!Eventually we had to find our own menus then ask to order drinks. The food took until 6.55pm to be brought to the table. We were all starving by then. We finally ordered deserts at 7.30pm after no-one asked for our order and we had to go to the bar to ask to order desserts. Without apology or explanation (again)the puddings hadnât arrived 25 mins later and our smallest person had run out of patience (wch is why we booked to eat SO early!) Absolutely disgusted we left.NEVER will we return!Appalling service.Food quite nice but NOT worth that wait!!Going to the White Eagle was once an outing to look forward to, that has never disappointed but tonight was a complete aberration of what they used to be and frankly an embarrassment as weâd taken a guest after telling them how great the White Eagle was but the whole evening was absurd!Hi Thank you for your review. I`m really sorry to hear you had a poor experience. when you visited yesterday . Your feed back is really important to us and i`ll make sure the team see your comments and we will action accordingly.

Will's bar is the new bar at the oyster catcher. Open all year round and themed to the season, this late bar in the basement is a bit different from the normal Anglesey fare. There is sand on the floor in the summer, ski's during winter, retro furniture,
Very busy in the cafe section yesterday as dogs not allowed in restaurant. Only 2 staff behind bar and they were run off their feet with little help from management. Approximately 1 hour wait for food, but when it eventually came was delicious. Luckily we had a 25% off voucher (autumn deal until 21st December), so can't feel too aggrieved. Overall, the service could have been far better, but the food somewhat made up for it.

A traditional coastal pub with a small dining area and enclosed beer garden overlooking the River Ffraw estuary and sand dunes. We offer a good range of alcoholic and soft drinks including real ales, and quality home cooked food at an affordable price. Ea
We had an amazing lunch here Sunday. Starting with Garlic mushrooms. A lovely roast pork dinner and a fantastic steak pie with homemade chips and gravy. Finished off with a sticky toffee pudding, delicious. All the staff were really happy and couldn't do enough for us, very helpful. We will definitely return here soon.

The Oyster Catcher is the ultimate beach side venue. With a distinctive character, vibrant atmosphere and fantastic food, it's an iconic Anglesey landmark. Now serving Breakfast Baps from the Cafe Bar.
Had a limited menu on offer when we popped in for lunch but the food we had was lovely. Had the Steak & Ale pudding & Tandoori Sea Bream. Both very nice (although chips/fries were a little disappointing) & good size portions. Views were lovely too.

Visited Sandyâs tonight, first time since the change of ownership. Regular diners when on hols so we were a bit worried as to if it would still be as good. Pleasantly surprised! Food excellent, huge portions (unlike across the road at the pretentious establishment) and lovely food. Lamb tender, seafood linguine beautiful and the sauce on the moules starter beautiful. Keep up the good work. We were made to feel very welcome and looked after very well. See you again soon xx

Start with the positives, the place is as lovely as ever and the food was stunning. For the first time every though, the service on Friday evening last week (11th October) was below standard. We had to attract someone's attention to get drinks and food ordered. The waiting staff were all very pleasant but it seemed as if they'd been thrown together without anyone overseeing them. It wasn't as if it was a busy service (by comparison to how it is during the summer). We will be back but this was the first below standard experience since the place opened.Mr Moley, Thank you for your comments regarding your experience with us, I apologise that the service was not up to our usual standard. We endeavour to create a fantastic experience for food, beverage and service, as you well know. I thank you for your continued loyalty and support, I expect next time round we shall get that fifth star back!
