We were greeted by the friendly publican and immediately made to feel welcome. We thought we must have turned our watches back 30 years as it felt like it used to be!It only got better from there. Great selection of drinks, great atmosphere and great food. We live down south and are going to make this a regular stop for lunch on future Perth trips. I definite recommend this establishment.

We had a birthday gathering here, it is quite an expensive family friendly resteraunt but if you go on a Wednesday the entire Burger menu is $10.00 for burgers curly fries and chips, very good for a family gathering, drinks are fairly priced but they tend to go hard on the ice with alcoholic beverages to minimise the amount you get so you order more but all up it has a great vibe and they do a birthday song and dance and a cake,Venue has a childrenâs indoor play center, video games and a bouncy castle in the evening!Hi Bentraveller13,Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback. Cosy little pub. They have a Scottish influenced pub menu and a modest, but satisfactory, wine list.American Express cards are accepted. Meals and drinks are ordered at the bar. You take your drinks back to the table but meals are served to your table.Seating inside or outside. It can get hot inside, unless the air-conditioning is turned on. Flies were also a nuisance.

Full table service in restaurant section.Good menu, comprising American style dishes and a reasonable wine list. However, as with our last visit, they had run out of the wine we selected, but they did give us a higher priced wine at the same price as the one we ordered. Wines start at AU$40 A bottle.Staff are friendly and attentive, but slow to clean up tables after patrons have left.On cool days try and wait for a booth to be cleaned up and available as the middle tables are in a draughty position when the doors open.American Express cards are accepted. We visited here today for late lunch ... Starting with a cider, cocktail & game of connect. We ordered some chicken wings on side (on special $8) this were really yummy! Couldn't fault them. We enjoyed many more cocktails, beer & absinthe as well as ordering The Crazy Mexican - which was my favourite!!! My partner enjoyed the Yankee doo burger with added fries. Fresh, tasty & enjoyable. Charl makes the best cocktails really friendly staff.... Nice atmosphere. Definitely recommend

We stopped into friar tucks during the long weekend in March. Today we sampled the Sunday Roast which at $15 was very reasonable and tasty. The beer garden while basic is very relaxed and welcoming. Plenty of shade to escape the sun. Easy listening music and a small bouncy castle for the kids. No kids there the day we were there however.

We live accross the road from Cobblers so its our go to place for food and drinks. The food is great. Love the fish tacos and Moroccan chicken salad. My husband loves the ribs meat just falls off the bone.Service is always great, friendly staff. We had a very enjoyable meal tonight. We had a dozen mixed oysters, tacos,haloumi chips salami and olives .Great tapas selection and very tasty and well presented.Oysters were delicious.Cocktails were also excellent as was the friendly efficient service.Thanks for a great night -we will return !

Attended Murphyâs on Wednesday afternoon with my folks for a little celebratory meal. Iâd not been here before and I ended up pleasantly surprised. All 3 of us had very enjoyable meals.
