We came here for a late dinner because the rooftop bar looked nice and the menu looked good. Ordered bruschetta (good), croque madame (ok), coconut matcha ice blended (bad- tasted like plain milk), berry blast smoothie (ok), cream of mushroom soup with croutons (bad- came without croutons and had very little flavor, like a bowl of cream), apple crepe (never came at all). We requested the croutons for the soup and they went to get them but after 10 more mins they still hadn't come. Requested again and when they finally did come were good and added flavor but soup was almost cold. When we paid the bill they tried to charge us for the crepe that never came, and after that got figured out, they shorted us change until we pointed it out and then they quickly fixed it.. The worst part is that I threw up an hour after eating. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place! All the staff was playing pool and mostly unavailable too.First of all, I want to apologize for the bad experience youâve had having the dinner at our restaurant. Itâs not our usual standard and I understand how annoying it must be. Iâm sorry youâve had to come through this while enjoying your vacation.I apologize profusely for the food poisoning. We have never had that happened before, and we always pass our health inspections with flying colors. After your experience, I'll make sure to look closely at the kitchen and the bar. I am also sorry about our staff and the inconvenience that you've had to come through. We must not train them correctly and it is all our fault. We want to assure you that we are doing everything to fix the problem you experienced and making sure it does not recur.I know that you may never want to revisit our restaurant again, but I do hope you will reconsider. I rarely review restaurants, but I was incredibly impressed with our recent visit. I've been traveling SE Asia for nearly a year, and this is the best customer service I have encountered! Any time we wanted something, someone was ready and available to take our order. They brought coasters. They wiped the table down in between each round. Two different managers came by to chat. Happy hour drink specials were a good value (and delicious as well). There were plenty of options for food, whether you wanted Vietnamese or traditional Western bar food. Everything we ordered was filling and tasty.

We felt like home. Place: I felt like I was in the Grease film. It is a joyful place with pink light and good music. They have a car in the middle of the restaurant... Price: 14500 dongs. Once you get over the strange western theme here it's actually a cheap and very comfortable hostel. The beds are among the best we've had in a hostel and there was no evidence of any bed bugs as mentioned in other comments. There is a small locker above each bed for valuables and you can leave your large bag on in luggage holders. Breakfast and lunch options were very good. Definitely worth a try for a cheap 2 day stop over in Hue as many travellers do in Vietnam.
