Husband ordered rump steak chips salad. When it arrived it was less than 100 gms of meat on his plate and was the size of 2 fingers put together. I ordered “pumpkin” soup and what I received was a creamy white substance ( never come across white pumpkin before) and I couldn’t even finish it, it was so unpleasant. Others at the table couldn’t even pick what it was? 2 other meals on table were under par as well. Spent over $80 and wished we had gone elsewhere.Very overpriced substandard establishment. During entire meal not one staff member approached the table to see if meals were ok. Won’t be recommending to friends and family and certainly won’t be in mind for place to go even though we live 5 minutes from there. They need to check out the price and quality of other establishments in the area.

Charlie’s restaurant at the Waterford Club Hotel is fantastic. I love the new refurbished restaurant. It’s such a nice relaxed atmosphere. We love classic and retro and this is now one of our favourite places to dine. A Caravan Booth in the middle of the restaurant is a very cool addition, perfect for a romantic couple. The Bacon & Cheese Garlic Bread was delicious, the Grilled Beef Rissoles were definitely a favourite and the dessert menu is a must for the sweet tooth. Pavlova and the Oreo Cheesecake was delicious. The kids also loved their Chicken Nugget kids meals. The only downside to the evening were the amount of insects/bugs near the very small playground, as soon as you opened the door to go outside you were covered in bugs, kids enjoyed watching them through the window though

Very well priced for a family lunch, dinner, food was good pub food, staff were very friendly, accommodating, and seemed to genuinely like their jobs, which is quite refreshing in the hospitality industry.Good selection of beer and wine and staff suggesting I have the items on special for extra savings which was a nice surprise, suggestive selling!Location is convenient view is not great however given the staff, food and selection available a good place for a family dinner/lunch.Thank you for your thorough review our venue and services. We weren't expecting much from Fitzy's, as an unknown pub in an unknown area out of the way from our usual travels. We were late lunching, and kept to our usual pub suspects - salmon for me and steak for the carnivore partner. We were warmly greeted and seated by Nate, who also came to check how our meals were a little after they were served. He was genuine and well spoken.I'd had salmon yesterday, at a bayside pub that professed to be steak and seafood professionals - and here we were inland in a rougher area. But happily the salmon was perfect, the skin was good too. The chips weren't overdone, the garden salad was the usual, but the coleslaw lifted the whole level of usual sides provided. It was just perfect, not overdone with mayo - well done!The T-bone was good, not brilliant, but came with chips, coleslaw and a caesar salad as a welcome and tasty surprise.Would we come back if we were passing by at the right time - definitely.

We had dinner, it was a Thursday night, we had a large group of 14 and it was $10 burger night. Burgers we huge and very filling, they were very tasty and great value for money. Staff in the bar were friendly as well and in the gaming room too.

WOW! What a find! Three minutes after arriving we are sipping great coffee and ordering breakfast! Smiles abound from the -more than professional- staff. Eggs and bacon were ready in a flash! You order and collect from a central kitchen and its great! You can pace your visit from a dash and pash to a long brunch for friends.Keep it UP Kiwanda we loved you!

Hubby and I decided to try somewhere new for lunch. Windaroo Tavern was clean and tidy, friendly staff.Good range of good..buffet was $15 Or free with any meal purchased.Buffet was fruit, pasta, veges, was fresh and well displayed.Well worth a visit. Spacious dining room too.

When we walked in we wondered why, on a Saturday night, there were hardly any people there and only one other table of 2 eating. When our meals come out we all looked at each other in disbelief. The expensive meals we ordered were so ridiculously small it was a joke. 3 meals and 3 drinks and over $100 spent, I came home and had something to eat. The last time I went to this hotel was 10 years ago. It wasn’t as flash as it is now but it was busy and the meals were cheap and big and nice. Where are the good ole days gone I’d say. None of our families will come back again. Hi,Thank you for taking the time to leave some feedback for us , as it is invaluable and without it we would never know where we could improve our services. I'm disappointed to hear you were unhappy with your meals that you ordered. I was wondering if you could perhaps provide me with a little more information as to what meals you did order so we can have a look at changing this in this future. Friends booked this venue for a get together. Initially we weren't thrilled, our daughter gigs here and my husband has had a beer and snacks while waiting but was not happy with the expensive bar menu. This time we sat inside at a table and we were delighted with the food. Menu is not big, and does not cater for kids, but the food was delicious and we will go back again. Lovely local venue.
