Some of the food at our table was excellent, 1 not so. The fish and. Hips were great, the wrap was great but not the grilled bacon, tomato, avocado,etc. (BRAT). I ordered it on rye bread. Not rye like we have in the U.S. this was so hard it couldnât even be cut with a knife. I asked for bread that was not toasted/grilled. They actually charged 5r more for rye bread. After we had already ordered a sign was placed on the tables of a buy 1 get 1 free special on burgers and pizza. That would have been nice to know ahead of ordering. Wait staff extremely nice and helpful in getting stroller up and down the steps.

Dropped in here after a tour. Staff were really welcoming and friendly and let us know happy hour was finishing, so to order drinks now. Had steak and a burger to eat. Both didnât take long to come but weâre delicious. Plenty of food and really fresh. Steak was rare as requested. Great meal all in all. This restaurant has an amazing vibe, and smaller plates (almost like tapas in terms of portion size), and is generally a fun place. The owners were flexible in accommodating us despite no reservation and we thoroughly enjoyed the experienceWould recommend everyone go here

Celebrated my birthday here. They have a daily 2-for-1 drinks special from 5 to 7pm, which is great value for money. We had the Samurai Lobster Roll and Wolf burger. Both were excellent. We also received excellent and friendly service from Thinus. The ambiance of the place is also quite good and cozy. It is really vibey for afternoon drinks, but if you want to have dinner and a conversation, I would recommend a different restaurant.The music is too loud and at the same time competing with the neighbouring bars.We could not have a normal conversation without having to shout in order to hear each other.We left after drinks to find a more suitable place.Dear Lisak, Thank you very much for your message. A lot of people book for these events and the correct balance is sometimes difficult to find. Absolutely love Rick's Café.Apart of à great atmosphere et beautiful decor resembling the original movie, the food is just delightful. Always great to make Craft Burger our first stop when visiting Cape Town. Both the beef and chicken burgers are excellent. Build your own helps you to get exactly what you like. Waitstaff is attentive, friendly and always ready to make sure you have a tasty meal. Beer is extra cold and nice. You won't be disappointed!
