We had coffee at the Buta Bar and separately watched the World Cup soccer. The staff were really efficient and the coffee was ok. It was a little hot but once it cooled it was fine and better than anything else we found in town. We also ate in the bar. You can get the restaurant food in the bar which was very good.

Generally nice hotel with minor issues and overrated room prices. Historical building renovated to nice, old style boutique hotel. Everything in the room was new and nice except bed mattress. Nice parking area when not many guests. I believe in summer this parking may not be enough. Staff need to be cleaner and not smell sweaty. But staff was very polite and helpful. Double bed was made of two single mattresses which was very annoying in the mid section. Also mattress need replacement as springs were felt in some areas badly. It seemed like adjacent room bathrooms were sharing the ventilation duct. Once somebody in other room was in toilet we could smell and hear that:). One day person from adjacent room forgot to switch off the fan in bathroom and we heard it blowing sound all night. As a result, I will recommend the hotel during off peak seasons to have options for changing the room and to get decreased price.

A simple but great place. Nice garden with a good choice of plates. Owner and waiters are extremely friendly and helpful and the prices are extremely convenient. Strongly recommended!!

Having had a disappointing lunch in a nearby tourist restaurant, we weren't inspired by any of the other restaurants for dinner. This fast food place looked fairly new and was comparatively busy with locals. The menu was outside in Azeri, but whilst we were trying to translate it a couple of members of staff came outside and fortunately one of them spoke some English. The chicken shawarma was nice, the cheese pide was good and freshly baked, and the chips were more like from a chippy than french fries. Good value if you want kebabs, pizza etc.

During summer season restaurant offers great barbecue with draft beer on big terrasse. Staff speak fluently english and this restrurant is also suitable for family with children becouse part of terrase is big playground.

Serin lies a bit away from the Sheki towncenter but it is worth the while to go there. The waiters were friendly and the Azerbaidjan meal was great. The plants in the courtyard contributed to this pleasant atmosphere.
