The food at Bollywood is of very high quality which is reflected in the price. We are happy to pay for quality- we have been visiting since it opened and always make this the first meal when we arrive at Santa Eulalia and sometimes our last too as itâs so good.The reviewer who compared it to Kathmandu is being very unfair as despite both restaurants being Indian they are catering here for the discerning palate and they get it right every time in our opinion. Service is with a smile and the setting is amazing.On our visit last week I had booked a table on the front and then chose to sit further in which I think explains the reviewer who accused the restaurant of pretending tables are reserved when they are not- I am confident these lovely people would not do that.

A table of 10 on the "Circus " night . We were aged 8-75 , on a family experience ! The menu catered perfectly for our needs ; appetising and simple for he children; and an extensive interesting array for the adults . The food was of a very high standard , with delicious meals served to all of us . Great selection of cocktails, and good wine service . The entertainment was a lot of fun and full of acrobatic acts ; the cast included the family . I fully recommend this to families and couples alike . There are other themed evenings , catering for different genres ; a very versatile place of hospitality on the island ! Great fusion food, beautiful setting and ambiance, away from everything. The food is very good and priced in accordance with the ambiance. Wines are relatively expensive by the glass. Very time-focused (not used to be remembered that we have 2 hours when entering a restaurant that operates at premium level).

Despite being recommended this restaurant by the hosts of the villa we were staying at nearby the actual evening was a complete disaster. The restaurant itself is actually laid out well (at least the outside, we didnât make it inside), however the restaurant isnât signposted properly so our taxi dropped us off at the back entrance and we basically came in the wrong way. Once we got in there was no host/hostess to greet us or take us to our table so we were just standing about for a few minutes (this was the case even if you came in the correct entrance). Eventually we sat ourselves outside and it took another 4-5 minutes before anyone even greeted us or gave us a drinks menu. We then ordered drinks and some starters; these took about 10-15 minutes to come however we had to order the drinks twice before they were acknowledged. The main problem was the main course which took 1 hour and 30 minutes to come and it was clear they had forgotten to put this through as the waitress we had even came over to ask if weâd ordered more food, despite only having had prawn crackers and gyozaâs to start. The food itself was pretty average and does not correspond with the cost of eating here. Itâs set off of a main road so itâs not like you are paying for the location either, with much better views at restaurants in Ibiza Town. We also had a total of 5 waiters/waitresses throughout the night so no wonder no one knew what was going on. All told I wouldnât waste your time coming here as there are much better, much cheaper restaurants in Ibiza offering an all round better experience.Dear JC,Thank you for taking the time and effort to write such an extensive review, a real shame that you view your experience so negatively as to recommend other travelers to avoid coming here.We recall having you arrive from the back and two of us even helped you in as well as made a light joke of the fact. All very relaxed and in pure Ibiza style as we know our clients are here on holiday.Our philosophy is to offer an experience of the original Ibiza, with relaxed atmosphere where people can enjoy the food, music and ambience to make it an unforgettable evening. We donât believe in rigid structures, headphones and hostesses, preferring customers to feel free to find the table that appeals to them. Our food is freshly made from best quality products and sometimes takes a little bit longer to prepare, however, we know that the waiting time is short and within reason.Our clients appreciate our relaxed atmosphere, excellent food, fair prices and quality of what we serve.Mistakes do happen and we endeavor to correct and make up for any mistakes that are brought to our attention in a timely manner.Obviously, to receive a review within minutes of the client leaving the restaurant without having received any notice that anything was amiss, is somewhat disappointing and leaves no room for correction. Had we been informed of any complaint, we could have ensured a sweeter end to your experience.We wish you a wonderful holiday and look forward to reading more of your reviews. I guess that the food is OK if you like Thai food. There are better Thai restaurants on the island .Hi,Mant thanks for the time tou have taken to review us. We appreciate that you say that our food "is OK", but we don´t understand that you mention about other Thai Restaurants when you implicitly accept when you "guess" that you are not a Thai food expert.It would have been helpful for all the other users if you could have detailed what did you eat.
