Visited this restaurant today with family to celebrate birthday of a friend and their staff especially owner Raj made it a memorable evening. Food was excellent. Highly recommend it. It gets very busy on weekends so book table in advance to avoid waiting.

Escaping from Reading Festival and Notting Hill Carnival August bank holiday Saturday we came here to watch Liverpool: Arsenal football match.Enjoying our drinks ( J & T and Fosters ) and our food ( Cheese Burger and Beef in Oyster Sauce ).Service is good as usual.Highly recommended.

Staying in Hounslow for the weekend and decided to go here for a meal and we were not disappointed. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, it was a Friday night and we hadn't booked, but they found a table straightaway. The meals we had both had were excellent, probably one of the nicest I have had for a while. Absolutely the worst restaurant I have ever been in - rude staff - microwaved supermarket curry brought to the table 30 seconds after ordering - tasteless gunk - and to add insult to injury my wife paid on her credit card and after we left they charged it to the room again (do not give them your room number when you go in it's a ruse to charge you twice) - I would rather eat broken glass than eat here again - just don't eat here you have been warned Hello Dave M,Thank you for taking time to leave us a candid review about Crowne Plaza London Heathrow. Zayani is very convenient as it is in the say walking distance of many of the hotels that people use when stopping over pre/post flying from Heathrow. Despite this, the food is reasonably priced, has a good variety of dishes and the service is personable.

We have not been here since some timesEnjoyed going back.Luckily we managed to find a table on this fully booked busy Saturday evening ( around 19:30 ). The chef special salad is very tasty.Followed by the papadam bread with the tasty various dips.Then the mains ( chicken biryani , lamp Spinach , butter chicken & tandoori chicken ). The usual good service.

My husband and I overnighted at the Sheraton skyline before heading home. We are not very familiar with Indian food so we asked our lovely waitress Punam to suggest what we should try. Wow were we impressed, the flavours and variety were amazing! We were both so full but couldnât stop eating. Punam was so lovely and helpful. We were delighted to find an authentic Indian restaurant in our airport hotel, and though it was expensive, the food was excellent. We started with poppadums and dips then had veggie pakora and tandoori scollops. For mains we had a prawn curry and dhal and creamed spinach. All wonderfully strong and clean flavours and more than enough to fill us up. Ordered a takeaway over the phone only because one of our party was gluten intolerant so we wanted to know what was available. We asked how many poppadoms were in one portion told 1 so we ordered 2 portions we received 5?!?The Food arrived within an hour. Arrived warm not hotWe also received the wrong item we ordered chicken tikka masala... We received chicken? I phoned back to let them know of the mistake.I have NEVER been spoke to in such a manner. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Told it was my fault... Next time order online and WHATEVER. We were then told it will be there when it's ready. We waited another 30 mins. For all our food to be cold. I cannot believe they talk to people in this way. My family have come here for lots of meals however after today I will never order a takeaway or even consider eating in!Disgusting service.
