This was our first visit to '3Rooms' since its opening. The former 'below-average' establishment on this site has been transformed by the new owners & management into an eatery that Ottershaw can be proud of. The former tired decor has been transformed into modern but warm ambience. the restaurant looked very welcoming upon arrival, and gave an excellent first impression. Our visit was on a fairly-busy weekday evening; it was quiet when we arrived but gradually filled up as the evening progressed. The staff were very attentive, friendly and provided faultless service. Even when things were obviously busy in the kitchen, the service remained good. I havenât been always been a huge Chinese food fan - however after eating at this restaurant I have become addicted.The food is full of flavour and I can describe it as very âcleanâ as I always feel good the next day.I am also gluten free but I never feel that flavour is compromised, in fact I find my family picking from my plate! I can highly recommend the seafood lettuce wrap with sweet chilli sauce. Absolutely delicious. Great service and great food. We are firm regulars now.

This is the first time we have visited the new restaurant....Looks impressive from the outside, but unfortunately it seems to have lost that personal service and charm that the old place used to have...To be honest the food was still very nice but we were served by a waiter who obviously didnât know his way round what we found was a very confusing and large menu!Certainly seems to have gone up a notch in price (maybe thatâs a must with the new premises)Itâs a shame, it was our point of meeting friends in Staines, we probably wonât return. It just lacked that certain something....Sorry Sushi Naraâ¹ï¸

This unassuming restaurant certainly served good authentic Thai food. The service was was very warm, friendly and hospitable. The orders came promptly and they were simply delicious. This is one of the best Thai foods I had tasted in Europe. The prices were reasonable.

This restaurant is right opposite the premier inn so was very convenient for us to have dinner. Great welcome to the lovely restaurant with stylish decor and tables laid with cloths . Our food was excellent and probably one of the best Chinese meals weâve had! Very good value for money and great service. They even have a birthday song that is played and everyone joins in with the singing!

We have dined at this restaurant several times with our friends and the food is excellent. However, this time we were somewhat disappointed. We had the buffet menu consisting of a small starter selection and then a variety of dishes. When we have been before there was also a delicious soup but no sign of that this time. We opted to have desserts, but beware, these are very overpriced, Over £5 for a very small square of the house speciality, or an ordinary ice cream. As for drinks, two large bottles of beer were charged at a whopping £15.Thank you for the review while we appreciate all your comments and feedback.In our Sri Lankan buffet (weekends), we offer 2 starter items, as before, and it rotates between our most popular dishes, i.e. Fish Cutlets, Chicken Wings, Fish Pastry Baskets, Veg. Spring Rolls, Calamari, Sri Lankan Pol Roti, Chicken Rolls and many more. Our Soup was served during Fusion Buffet nights which we haven't done for over 13 months. Also our Sri Lankan Buffet is advertised and we specifically mention that we serve a Sri Lankan Buffet during all table reservations. We would like to highlight our Fusion buffet included CusCus, Thai Chicken Curry, Roast Pork, Singapore Noodles, etc. etc. and we still do the Fusion Buffet for Group Bookings made by our regular corporate clients.Our Sri Lankan Buffet which we served during the weekend was Fish Pasty Baskets, Chicken Wings as starters and the main buffet with unlimited servings, i.e. Safron Rice, Aubergine Salad, Beef Curry, Chicken Curry, Papered Pork, Squid Curry, Creamy Potato Curry, Cabbage Mallung, Chick Peas Curry, Sri Lankan Pickle, Mint with Yoghurt and Pappdams. For our regular guests, if we know their favourites, we make a Special Dish, which will be served to the table. Sri Lankan special dessert, i.e. Watalappan is not served in a large bowl, as it is an extremely rich dessert and therefore we use the normal dessert bowl and if for any reason, if someone wants to taste it after ordering a different dessert, we serve it to the guest free of charge, not depriving him/her of tasting our special dessert).The weekend Buffet price for the Starter and Main Course with Unlimited Servings is £19.50 and a service charge is not included in our bill. Our Desserts are priced very reasonably and the price of a Chocolate Chip Ice Cream is £3.75 and our Sri Lankan Watalappan is £5.75. We serve Sri Lankan beer/Lager (625ml which is over 1 Pint) and all our guests appreciate the same which goes well with our authentic home cooked food. Our beer is imported from Sri Lanka and therefore cost, freight, duty, VAT and delivery charges are incurred. With regards to your warning to the guests about our dessert and beer, what could we say, Beluga caviar is more expensive than its weight in Gold! I had high hopes having read the TA reviews and being so highly rated.I was a bit disappointed to be honest. There was nothing wrong with it but i wouldn't return which is the acid test.The food was decent without being great - green chicken and a duck dish. A side of cauli was very good and the naan a bit doughy, We we served by two waiters - once a very smiley person. The second rarely have eye contact nor smiled. He also reached over our table to retrieve dishes - when he should have stepped aside and done so - which is the correct etiquette.I am working in the area again soon - and I had hoped to return to this restaurant - but won't be which is a shame,Note - it's a small restaurant so it's advisable to book. We booked - but weren't asked if we had booked,

Even though I live locally I hadnât been to the pub since it had changed to KTM Rox. I had been recommended the food by a friend and must say I pleasantly surprised at how much it had changed for the better.Yes the drink prices are more on par with Twickenham/Richmond but we were happy to pay more for the relaxed atmosphere. I also thought the food was very good value as even the small plates are a generous size.Iâm not normally a fan of dumplings but their momoâs have converted me, I will be back soon for sure!â¥ï¸
