They just opened a few weeks ago and it's still a bit of a "secret" spot but I'm sure this will change soon. The price is very fair with CHF 25.- for a buffet and a drink. They usually have plain rice and fried rice, 1-2 curries, a soup, veggies and 2 other dishes. Very friendly staff - and they always re-fill the buffet. I arrived there at 1pm with a friend and it was still all perfect and still they re-filled for us. I will be back!

This restaurant is located just behind Metalli, the shopping centre of Zug. The restaurant is attractive, with tablecloths and nice serviettes. The decor is Chinese enough and the music Chinese and gentle, the atmosphere only altered by a chiming clock that has a Viennese tune!The restaurant is run by a Chinese couple. He is chef and she runs front of house. The reception was friendly and the food is excellent. Our crispy spring rolls were served piping hot, we also ate excellent chicken with Chinese mushrooms and bamboo shoots, scampis cooked Mongolian style, served on a piping hot plate. By swiss standards this place is reasonably priced and it was good to find such a place in Zug.

The Royal Siam is a bit hidden as it is primarily a food courier but also serves lunch an dinner. Don't expect a romantic setting. It is about the food and the food I can tell you is excellent.

In some review people claim that the food is authentic Thai kitchen, so i was surprised when we step in to the restaurant. There were no Thai staff. I could not see any Thai cook either. But no judging there. The appetizer where ok. Then we waited for an hour until the food was served. This is definitely not authentic Thai food. It was way too salty. The vegetables were not done and not fresh. The chicken dry. We had 4 different meals. Everything was terrible. I would never eat there anymore.

Stay away from this restaurant. They appear to want to make their money off short term parking guests. Can not recommend and will never return. Thank you for your feedback and we apologize for the inconvenience. The parking space number 6 - 12 is only reserve for our customer. All our guests always receive a parking card for our reserved guest parking spaces. If no parking cards are present, the inspector issues a fine. The inspector is hired from the owner of the building but not from the restaurant. We don't make any money from the people around us with parking tickets, we trying to be nice with all of our customer out there and I'm sure that our customer understand us well. We are really sorry to say that we can't do anything if you park your car at the private parking slots which is written clearly out there that those parking slots are reserved only for the restaurant's customer. We are already looking forward to your next visit and will do our best to make you feel well and at home with us.

This week we went to have dinner in the place. I had Pad Thai and I asked to have it 'Ganz Sharf' (hot). Apart from the fact that the food was nothing special, it was also not hot at all. Was rather disappointed.To be fair, my girlfriend's plate tasted better, but still not great.Was not impressed.

The restaurant is nearby the train station. I stopped there for lunch. A buffet was proposed for 26 CHF, including 1 drink: Chicken Tom Yum soup, Sweet&sour vegetable, Green Curry with parfumed rice.All is flavoured, delicious, with friendly, smiling welcome. Highly recommended.

The restaurant was packed fir lunch. The menu offers several choices of sushi and sashimi and other Asian dishes. The food was clean and good, nothing spectacular.
