Thought this restaurant should have been good since Guy had been there. Was real disappointed. The restaurant wsa dingy and dark. The food was not that good and there was hardly any customers. The bathroom was dirty also. The service was poor as no one every came back to check to see if everything was okay after getting the food.

We went for breakfast and both ordered the "Creme Brûlée French Toast." We were not disappointed. It is a sign of our eternal optimism that we continue to order French Toast on cruise ships and in hotels and in cities we visit. We're always disappointed. Usually too thin or too dry - but not this time! Perfect thick slices, soaked through and through, the liquidy creme brûlée topping with good fresh fruit. Absolutely scrumptious. I also had soft scrambled eggs on the side which were done just right. The outside patio is lovely, with great views of the golf course and the mountains.

If you have the ROC boss burger expect to get a well cooked big beefy burger in a small and good tasting bun. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the blue cheese but hey I saw it on the menu. Fries were crunchy and hot and the beer nice and cold. Others had the grilled cheese sandwich and more beer. Overall, great place to grab a sandwich and beer during their happy hour.

We expected to find your typical hamburgers, fries, sandwiches and such in this little place right off the pool area, but what a surprise.There were 3 of us and for a while we were the only ones seated. Since the place was empty, I began to wonder if this had been a bad choice as were taking one of our friends out for dinner. Kind of had a sinking feeling in my stomach. But by then it was to late to change locations. A little later a few other groups and couples arrived and were seated.As drinks were served we looked at the menu which had a surprising variety of fish, chicken and beef. My wife had a beef dish and myself and out friend both had the Seated Ahi Tuna.The Tuna was fantastic, seared on the outside and a deep red on the inside and cut in thick strips with a dipping sauce that was out of this world. I thought I was at the Westin Kaanapal Ocean Resort Villas as the Tuna was so fresh and tasty! The portions were large and left little room for dessert but we i dulged anyway.What a great little place, really a hidden gem You will find amazing choices, frienly staff and reasonable prices.I will back the last week of September and already know where one of the meals will be!Dear JimmyC1411,We really appreciate the great rating and thank you for choosing us. We had an excellent dinner together with large portions of spaghetti and meatballs and fish and chips. Two large meatballs and two large long pieces of fish and tons of fries. A little pricey but hey, it's Palm Springs area. Taste, temperature and service were excellent. Wonderful evening.

This restaurant is on the Westin Resort, right by the main pool. My sister and I went solely due to convenience but were thoroughly surprised/happy at how DELICIOUS everything was! Elizabeth was our waitress- and ELIZABETH IS THE BEST PERSON, LIKE, EVER!! So sweet, accommodating, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend whether you are staying at the resort or not.

Arrived with party of 7 including 3 children. Were told 10 minute wait by hostess. After 30 minutes I asked when we would get a table and were told they only had 2 tables that could accommodate large party and they couldn't hurry the diners who had them!! Those 2 parties hadn't even ordered when we arrived and the hostess should have told us the wait would be at least 1 hour!! She summoned the manager who was curt and unapologetic--offered to seat us outside on patio in 43 degree windy weather---and us with 3 small children!!! No thanks pal!!! An incompetent hostess and a rude uncaring manager---Adios ......Thank you for visiting us and thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to read that you had a bad experience and this issue will be discussed with our staff. Can you please tell us when you were at the restaurant?

Well I was celebrating being top auto salesman in area for the past 10 months.Someone at work mentioned try the steak house at agua caliente casino.So I went last night about 7pm no reservations.It did not seem busy I asked to sit on the patio.I ordered the first of 3 miller lites which could have been colder.Got a spring salad for starters .It was ok but 12 bucks????Asked for bread and it came out hot with butter and super date jelly best part of the meal so far...Main course was 75 tomohawk rib eye which I asked for medium well done.Two sides one to eat and one to go.12 for an average baked potato that is prepared table side another wow because of price.The sweet potato augratin was to go no comment on that one did not try.Food arrived in a timely manner I was just let down with cost versus quality of food.Did not feel the bang for your buck at all!Wish they could have thrown in seasonal vegetables with such a pricey under cooked steak.I was afraid to send it back to kitchen so I just ate around the sides of it which seemed more done then red bloody center.Big plus was the peppercorn sauce .I did not want to make a scene well celebrating my dinner.The potatoe was another sad story very dry I had him add extra bacon to help it out.I did not notice a salt or pepper shaker on table so I did without.Might give this place another try and order something else .I was very disappointed but itâs my fault for not making a scene and asking for the manager.Maybe Iâm expecting too much but 165 for a meal and 3 beers I thought it would have been better experience.Good afternoon JohnnyD1966,Thank you for taking the time to write your review.
