We arrived at 12:30PM and the exterior waiting room was full -- we checked in and (one) of the owners stated that it would only be 10" -- I asked if he needed my name and he said "no, I'm good." He was -- 10" later we were seated and he answered several "tourist questions." The waitress arrived immediately, took our drink orders, answered more questions and returned "shortly" with drinks and took our order. The food is homemade "diner food." Very good burgers, soup and dessert but most of all, you feel welcome -- almost like family! This was a very welcome stop on a short trip from Philly to the Poconos. They have been in business for 51 years and the locals flock to it -- you can see why!

with all the traveling my husband & I have done, we have never been disappointed with this chain. Good hearty food at a very reasonable price, no long wait to be seated & served and friendly wait staff. The unique nostalgic gift items and candies at the country store are also a plus

Great food and excellent service in a nice and clean and friendly atmosphere. We had crab cakes (best we ever had), fried haddock dinner, salmon dinner, fish and fries, and spaghetti and meatballs. Everything was well done and tasty. Salad bar had nice array of salads (macaroni, red beet, pasta,etc) as well as greens and veggies and a choice of 3 soups (lobster bisque was great) and breads. All fresh and tasty. The Boston Creme Cake and Cherry Cheesecake were also great. A busy Saturday night and our server was busy and we were seated along the back side of the bar and she was still able to be very attentive to our needs and we did not have to wait long for our food. Very pleasant experience.

Iâm going to try to keep this review shorter than my YELP review. Let me just say that we have been here many times in the past 6 years or so and itâs always been pretty good ,nothing great but typical bar food , appetizers and a good beer selection which my family likes . This time however I believe it has gone down hill and I will not be returning. We had a party of eight , when our dinners came out 4 were wrong ... AHI tuna was supposed to be VERY RARE and was cooked almost all the way through so it was sent back , I ordered a pasta dish with fettuccine and I RECEIVED LINGUINE but I did not send it back ,it was not very good but I didnât even eat it because I was so upset over the next situation...we ordered my grandson a cheeseburger WELL DONE , he received his food as we were straightening out our food problems, he started eating it and got half way through and the middle was RARE ! We specifically ordered it WELL DONE since it was for a child! At this point I flipped out and asked to see the manager so I could tell him how unacceptable it was for the meat to be so undercooked , his response was âIâll take it off your bill, I donât know what else u want me to do about itâ... REALLY ! This is customer service ? They did offer to make another burger but at this point I just wanted out of there . The managers name was Kyle . Iâll never go back for mediocre food again , there r too many other Restaurants to go to . It was the biggest waste of $180 plus I had an awful time because I was worried about my grandson and I continued to worry for the whole week .Hi KelVery unhappy to hear you had a poor experience! Wandering around the city looking for a good place to eat. Suddenly I found The Henry. It was a real advantage to take cause the dishes were so tasty. I thank to the chief that we had a good meal here. The staff were very helpful. Everything were fine with the restaurant. We left the Henry very happy and glad.

Tried it for the very first time because spouse had raved about it.... Wow!!! Wonderful place. Delicious bbq brisket platter with two sides ($13.95.) I chose fried okra and collard greens - both were perfect accompaniments. Spouse had 1/2 rack of bbq ribs with cole slaw and sweet potato fries ($15.95) and loved that as well. Sure wish we lived closer to this great place. All the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the happy hour draft beer price was amazing ($2!) Perfect bbq atmosphere inside, too. Can't wait to return!!!

Every Anniversary of my wife and I we travel to Randall's on the Orchard. Amazing is all we can say. We knew Randy and his brother and team when they were in Allentown. And now moved to his new location a number of years ago. Randy passed away, but his brother and team of chef's and waitresses have carried the torch high, and carried the extreme high standards. The food is so delicious, every bite. I told the waitress tonight. The 1st bite was as awesome as the last bite when I was very full. We look forward to returning as we always have. Thanks for making it soooo good.

Just a few minutes north of Allentown, Morgan's is a beautiful country inn that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. I live in Allentown and hadn't been to Morgan's. On the recommendation of a niece, I arranged to host my wife's birthday party there. I'm glad I did. My guests loved everything about the place, from the colonial decor to the food and drinks. People chose from beef, salmon, chicken and pasta dishes and none were disappointed. The service was perfect, attentive and efficient. I had well prepared baked salmon, which was as good as any I've eaten. There were good cocktails and a nice selection of wines by the glass. I am now a Morgan's fan. I plan to return for breakfast, which is highly regarded in the area. Beautiful place, large parking lot, handicapped accessible, full bar, reasonable prices (many entrees under $20). A winner.

We often stop here for breakfast when we are in the neighborhood. My wife loves this place because she can order a half portion of creamed beef on toast. The service is always excellent here and today was no exception. Kristine our waitress did an excellent job waiting on half dozen tables which it seem we all came in about the same time. She bounce from one table to another and kept us all happy. Kudos to her. My breakfast was eggs over easy and sausage. I have had omelet here and they are always good.
