It's a sports bar so one doesn't expect gourmet delights but one look at the pizza and I could feel my NY Italian parents turning over in their graves. I ordered a side salad with the "house Italian " dressing. It is a packaged dressing called "House Italian" and uses corn-cider vinegar! That's Italian? I keep saying to myself "It's a sports bar".I ended up ordering burger and fries. Sam's Club is probably proud that their frozen products and canned cheese were being used! I keep saying to myself "It's a sports bar"

We were totally out of options, since it was Christmas Day, while we were traveling. We saw a number of cars here, so we stopped in for lunch. We waited to be seated since they were so busy. That's perfectly understandable, but we had to wait over an hour for our food once our order was taken. People that came in long after us finished their meals and were gone before we were even served. I had a good view of the woman shouting out the orders. It took 45 minutes for her to finally shout out our order. I'm sure she must have put it out of order since so many others after us were served and finished when our food arrived. The waffle was so cold when in arrived that the margarine wouldn't even melt. This place was NOT clean. I was shocked where they made the waffles. Batter was everywhere! Not a place we would ever go back again. The only reason I am giving it two stars is for the poor girl that took our order. She kept apologizing to us for everything. It certainly wasn't her fault. I have written many TA reviews and this place was the bottom of the list. Horrible experience!

Anymore, it's difficult to find a KFC buffet, so we were thrilled to find it here, especially since it's so close to the Baymont, where we were staying. I do have two complaints, neither pertain to the food: it was too cold and also the 1950s music has got to go! Otherwise it was a good choice. If in the neighborhood we'll stop again. But please......consider changing to elevator music, which doesn't grind on the nerves!!

They accepted our coupons even though they didn't have to do this. The staff went above and beyond with cheerful attitudes and quick, hot, fresh food. An employee asked us before sweeping the booth across from ours. We were very pleased with our meal and service. Highly recommended! :)

We did have to wait about 5 minutes after we arrived, for the hostess, but as soon as she came back to the desk. The server was very patient with us as we had no idea what we wanted. Once we ordered our server brought our salad and soon after she brought our meal. Our server, Chastity Y, was attentive and very friendly. When our meal came it was hot. The meal was very good.

The staff was friendly but slow. That could have been the kitchen though. The food was hot but average. The atmosphere was the same as any other Cracker Barrel. The staff made it worth going back to if I were in the area.
