My first time here. Chosen by reviews. Laid back restaurant in the middle of a strip mall.Greeted immediately and given menu. The one negative with service was that I was three quarters of the way through breakfast before waitress came back to check on me. I had wanted ketchup for my meal but went without.Opted to get the Texas toast melt with sausage. Didn't even need salt and pepper. Very tasty.Wasn't impressed with home fries, thus the desire for ketchup.I would absolutely come again.

New place, its not much to look at from the outside but you will be surprised on the inside. Nice bar with about 20 beers that always rotate on tap. Full bar, great happy hour specials. Awesome appetizers and a great menu. Prices are fantastic. This will be one of my favorite stops.

Service was terrible! Our waitress Emily was indifferent and unfortunately my salmon was overcooked after I asked how it was prepared (medium). I returned it and canceled my order after waiting over 20 minutes. Our waitress barely acknowledged, was unapologetic, and showed no concern that I hadn't eaten and that the rest of our party had finished their meals. Such a disappointment! We asked for a manager and were told there wasn't one there. I had looked forward to coming to this restaurant and was so disappointed. The food that was served to the rest of our party was exceptionally good. I think Prime One Eleven needs management present on Sundays and teach their bartenders and servers to be more attentive to their customers needs.

Incredible Birthday Breakfast at King's, haven't been here in years and still as great as it always was, huge portions - fit for a King ! Rustic interior, wood all around with wood tables and chairs, Great, friendly, fast service, be prepared for a very long wait on weekends, but we went on a Tuesday at 11am and there were a few groups of people there, not empty at all but not crazy, we were greeted right away and seated by the Window with a nice view of the Koi pond, then greeted quickly by our waitress, who was also very friendly and helpful - we were brought coffee and ice water , the menu is huge, lunch and dinner, my Wife had the Bacon and eggs with Blueberry toast: Huge and excellent, thick bacon slices and all cooked to perfection, I had the La Bamba: Home made Potato Knish topped with scrambled eggs, Jack and Cheddar cheese, spinach and mushrooms with a side of fruit - another huge portion and again cooked to perfection, never had a Knish so I asked and our waitress described it to a tee, never rushed and our coffee was refreshed when it was low, brought our check and bid a good day, checked out where the lady was very nice as well, at the entrance/exit they have a 25 cent machine that you can buy some fish food to feed the Koi, which we did, just a great time - thank you King's for a great Birthday Breakfast

My wife and I recently had our wedding reception at the Waterview (2-18-2017). Wedding planning could be difficulty in general, but we are so happy we chose this venue. The process was very easy and efficient. The entire staff was wonderful through all of the planning and of course during the event itself. Colin by far exceeded our expectations and the party ran flawlessly. The food and service as amazing and I highly recommend this place for anyone's special day or other events.

We had a very enjoyable lunch. They have a very large menu- breakfast items all day, sandwiches, soups, entrees, salads, desserts and drinks. I had an egg White omelet filled with three vegetables. It came with toast and home fries. I added a fruit cup to my order. The fruit cup was delicious- lots of fresh fruit. My omelet was huge and very fresh and tasty. My husband had a bagel with lox and cream cheese. We also shared a cup of chicken noodle soup- perfect for a cold day.He liked the bagel a lot. In addition we had friendly service.

I have been a Chip's fan since day 1. Good basic food and generous portions. They will make things anyway you like as long as they have the ingredients. My old favorite is the eggs and corned beef hash well done. It comes with a choice of sides but I always get the pancakes. I mean, after all, it is a pancake house!

So Fresh and delicious, packed always but you can call ahead, best deal in town is the half sandwich and soup everything made fresh and on premise, real chef prepared food at reasonable prices, my wife had chicken pot pie soup and half panani thymes up: Turkey, American, Stuffing and Cranberry Sauce, I had the Broccoli and Cheddar and half thyme bomb:Roast Beef, Swiss,grilled onions, sauteed mushrooms and au jus, all were incredible as usual, definitely a great lunch stop

Another excellent Annual Birthday Dinner at the Smithy, as always Service and food was Outstanding, it is my Families tradition to celebrate my Birthday/Mothers day with an exceptional meal, as mentioned before Cheese plate and crackers and all you can eat salad bar with dinner, Filet's for all of us with baked potato with all the fixins - top notch and cooked to perfection, Michele was our waitress, she, again as always, was excellent, had my birthday pencil waiting when we got there, lemon cake, with a candle and low key singing for dessert as well as coffee, my Parents my Wife and myself had another great meal
