Good place to enjoy a filling breakfast. While the menu is limited, you can have seconds or thirds until you are saitieted. Perfect for you Ketonians out there. I enjoyed two ham and cheese omelettes and a crepe. I also had a limited serving of fruit and ignored all the other carbs.

Artisan craft hamburgers handcut crispy fries milkshakes new mexico enchiladas large bar live music
Being from New Mexico we appreciated and liked the green chile burgers and other New Mexican food. The fries were good as well. The bar was fine, the prices were reasonable, and the service was good. The "live music" was a little odd--an American man on stage singing and "playing" a guitar with a karaoke system set up in front of him. It was only a Tuesday night, so hopefully during weekends they have better music. The place feels more like an American bar than a Nicaraguan one with lots of Americans and Canadians eating and drinking there, but that's okay if that's what you like. Unlike another reviewer's apparent experience, we used our credit card with no problems.
located right at the plaza portas, this little place serves up some really cheap and authentic nicaraguan food, you can stop here on the way to the volcano park.

Cafe de Arte is a full service restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is fresh and innovative. The indoor garden is a beautiful place to enjoy a meal and you can wonder about the art center to see art work by various artists. The staff i

Stopped in here for breakfast. Staff are very friendly and we were seated straight away. We ordered the eggs, bacon, toast and the hamd and cheese omlette, both were cooked well. Prices are a high for what you get which is disappointing. As we have had better breakfasts for the same price at other cafes in the area.

The coffee was high quality. The iced americano was super refreshing in the Masatepe heat. I loved the wrap de pollo (chicken wrap) but also noticed a variety of both nicaraguan and american food on the menu. They have desserts and smoothies too. The atmosphere was quiet peaceful in what can be a loud town. The baristas made me feel welcomed and took care of me well. I loved the back room with its unique design and outlook to the patio. Wifi worked perfectly and I was able to get a lot of work done and as well as see some friendly faces.
This restaurant was recommended to me by a friend and it was great! I ordered the churrasco (grilled steak) and it was delicious. The meal came with several sides also, all for a good price. Definitely worth a try!

Family owned/run restaurant-Great fusion of Nicaragua & Venezuela kitchenEverything is deliciously (and freshly) made... I strongly recommend the Arepas (since you'd be eating Nica food everyday if you're vacationing there anyway... And both the empanadas AND the Patacones are to die for! YumTheir smoothies are fresh and so are their natural juices (carrot/OJ is the best)Save your appetite for Monday's when they make mouth-watering soups (sopa de Albondigas is awesome)

Hello dear friends visiting our profile on trip advisor . Comedor La Frontera , it's a humble place with country-style façade . It is a family business that offers: a warm, friendly and careful attention, good cold beers and most importantly "delicious fo
The food was good ole USA, but not GREAT and not overly creative. The portions were American-sized, too much for most! I had the pork ribs. The presentation was creative - authentic, but not much you can do with pork ribs and fries. The setting is lovely around the garden.Hola! Buenas noches! Amor y Paz :)
