First time dining here. Small dining room only one server. Drinks and appertizers were fine, then the salads arrived. Mine was Ok however my husband found a piece of plastic (looked like the tab that you find on a loaf of bread) in his. The waitress took the salad away and it was never mentioned again. I had a chicken dish for my main course. It looked like a breaded processed chicken patty on top of a bowl of pasta. Very dry and no flavor. I could not eat it. Again the waitress took it away. The check arrived and we were charged for the salad and chicken that were sent back. There are many good restaurants in Pamas Del Mar. The Palm is not one of them.

This BK is located on a run down part of Humacao. It is a very busy street during the day, but no so much at night. The service is mediocre with poor food quality. Don't go.

Bonanza re-invented itself into a better place to eat. But, the fact that the style and menu changed for a more Latino oriented menu, the location for this restaurant in Humacao well... let me put it this way... sucks!

-Fresh bread, Breakfast, Lunch, and candies. -The best quesitos of nutella, cheese, and guava of the Humacao area. -Tres leches of pistacho, nutella, and vanilla. -Half a pound Sandwiches and more!

The place is beautiful! They serve big and delicious sandwiches. The employees treat you very nice and friendly. The candies look so good that you can't take just one! They even gave me a free donut when I bought a coffe! I really recommend it!

Just your average BK. Not crowded for most of the time. Quiet and clean. It is also located close to Highway PR-53 and Plaza Palma Real Shopping Mall.

We stopped right before closing time after a late night tour on the island. They were getting ready to close, but were still glad to see us. The food was very good - I love Wendy's grilled chicken sandwich. I think there was a language issue with one of our orders - a burger with only cheese came out with everything on it. Otherwise the service was good. The restaurant was clean, and the prices were reasonable.

Awesome hidden treasure in Palmanova Plaza,in Palmas del Mar,Humacao,PR!!After being directly hit in 2017 by Hurricane Maria,this place shows how amazing has been the recovery of Palmas and most of PR!! Great coffee ,like the Cortadito Special,a latte with coffee from Hacienda Lealtad,a bit of vanilla,brown sugar and splash of Don Q White Rum from PR! Awesome taste! Also great for breakfast,with tasty omelettes, and great service,like that of Mayra and Maria! Ask for them when visiting...you will come back,as I did!!

Friendly staff and very accommodating...they offered to add several other veggies to my husbands veggie quesadilla and my salmon was cooked perfectly! This is our second time to this location and we've had a wonderful experience both times.
