For a coffee shop, one of the poorest I have been to. Only the owner knows how to make the coffee. The staff doesn't. It is usually left to them. This applies to the branch in the gift land mall. The fast food chicken spot makes better coffee!

The chicken and waffles are a great twist. for anyone who has visited Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles in California, expect something different. The chicken is friend tenders that taste great. Waffles are light and fluffy. The ambiance however leaves every venue I have visited in the dust. Nice lighting, decor, and great staff. Definitely a winner!

I visited this place one night with my bf and fell in love with it. Nice chill out vibes with beers and finger foods. They serve fries made from plantains and the most succulent, crunchy and delicious Banga Fish Fry. I loved it so much that I sent my bf back another night to get more for me, lol. The serving size was huge for the price you pay so I was a very happy girl. Be sure to ask for their delicious tartar sauce that beautifully compliments the fish. I would go back to Guyana just to eat here. Loved it that much...

I have been to the restaurant on several other occasions and I was never disappointed. The hospitable staff, the slamming cocktails and the mouth-watering dishes are all just the perfect combination to make your experience at XIE XIE a memorable one. Whatever you do you, just make sure to ALWAYS order the Asian BBQ.

Playland Americano Italiano is for me the best restaurant in Guyana. The food is delicious and the service by far the best. You can bring your own wine for which they do not charge anything. Persons celebrating birthdays, wedding days, etc always get a special treat.

Came here once back in 2012 for a light snack in late in the evening. Sat inside the cool airconditioned area. Had a burger and fries and thought it was really delicious. Probably one of the best places for burgers in Georgetown. Staff and owners are very hard working and treat their customers really well. There's no place else in Guyana that has such polite staff! The restaurant is situated close to the Embassy of Russia as well. Many embassy staff and Russian tourists eat here. I however recommend not sitting outdoors during the night as one can be riddled with mosquitoes!

They have wonderful breakfast including eggs and bacon, bagels and sandwiches, CHOCOLATE chip pancakes. And they have lunch including burgers, chicken tenders, fries, delicious chicken wraps and salads. For dessert they have the most tasty and wonderful chocolate marshmallow brownies. Homemade juices and local baked goods as well including samosas and cheese rolls.

I had the Sunday morning breakfast buffet and was pleasantly surprised. The food was good and the mix of local dishes; roti, curry, egg ball etc, and pancakes, sausages etc made for a very good line up. I decided to go local and loved the curry and the roti. The eggball was good too. The staff is friendly and attentive. Overall a very good experience.Thank you for your review. We are pleased that everything was to your satisfaction. Internet doesnât work here and I got a cappuccino not the grande and later one I was charged for the big one. I warned the person and she told me itâs only one size. So she just charged the big one. After I came back and asked which one is the difference between the sizes and they showed me. Actually the size I got was not the big one and after the other girl gave me the change... I think itâs unfair to show two prices and later saying itâs only one size.
