Find out what American restaurants to try in Baguio. Baguio, perched high in the Cordillera Central Mountains, is a great place to escape the heat of the Philippine lowlands. Camp John Hay, originally built as a recreation area for U.S. soldiers, now is a full-fledged resort complete with a world-class golf course. Definitely stop at the city market, where you can buy almost anything (just be prepared to haggle).

Go up the 3rd floor and you can see the restaurant and the tasting area. Just choose from the board what beer you want to taste and they will give you a small glass for you to taste then make your decision what to order. A convenient way of choosing what you think is the best beer for you.

Being a Baguio Boy since birth, I have been seeing and hearing a lot about this place but never tried any of their menu, not until my college years and until I got married. We often drop by with my wife for a quick snack or dinner just the two of us or with the kids. I like the place for the long list of menu choices specially the considerable amount of serving that i find perfectly well justified for the price. Every visit to the place I noticed the staff are mostly lukewarm towards customers, but no biggie, I came for the food. Not Them.

The atmosphere of the place was good. Though they only have limited hours of operation. Waiting area is a bit cramp. The food outstands everything. A must have try is their pizza and chicken meals. The cost is not to expensive, even students can afford.

My partner and I read the reviews and decided it was worth the drive out of the city proper. We took a grabtaxi there, and if you're not taking your own car, we'd recommend taking a grabtaxi there, because it's pretty easy to miss if you don't know what to look for.The food is ok. I guess it's better than the average you'd get in the city, but if you're crazy about (Italian) American food, you might be disappointed. But it's a cafe, not a restaurant, so that's something to consider, too. The cafe offers you a free slice of cake if you leave them a review on facebook. No worries, they don't screen your review or anything, you just have to show them you've left a review, and you can claim your free slice. I was surprised when they gave both me and my partner a slice of cake, I only expected one. We got the chocolate cake (we don't really eat carrot cake), and it was divine!Food aside, the place is really nice. It's far enough away from the city that there's hardly any ambient noise. You can sit down and read a book for hours, or have a nice conversation with whomever you're taking with you. The free internet's good, too. It was kind of dim when we were there, though, but I think that's because the place was designed for natural lighting, and it was a rainy day.The service was great! You'll have to go to the bar to order your food, but they do inform you if your order may take long, or if they're out of any particular item. Billing out was no problem, either.I'd recommend looking up the spa located right beside it (VIP Prestiz, I think?). Might as well do, since you've made the trip :) It's something I wish I'd known about before we went up. When we had brunch there, we'd already made reservations in a spa in the city, which we didn't want to cancel anymore.

Sage is a small intimate place where we serve good food at affordable prices. We have limited parking but street parking is available at the rear street(Wagner Road). See you soon...
The interiors are inviting with a hip and casual atmosphere. We've been here several times in the past and though our last visit was a bit of a disappointment, this visit was well worth it. Food and service were equally good. I especially liked the cucumber lemon juice which was very refreshing. My chicken and waffles were good although I wished there were more than the two small slices of waffles that came with the chicken. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her tacos although my daughter was not too impressed with her honey chicken (?) order.Thank you. Your patronage has always been valued. Noted on all your observations, rest assured will do better.

A restaurant that will offer a menu featuring our "Barn" chicken - a mouthwatering one-of-a-kind recipe made with homemade rub that is slowly oven roasted til perfection, served with all natural "Karee" sauce. Other options include USDA grade steaks - gri
Everything we ordered was a heavenly treat to the senses, service was fast, and efficient. Staff are very attentive and accommodating. Prices are very reasonable. Owners are hands-on, and very kind, will really go the extra mile to make diners comfortable and pleased! The best part? Roadhouse Barn is a pet-friendly restaurant! Thank you for accommodating our fur babies! We will definitely be back!P.S. It's true! They have the best steak in town!

We have been visiting this restaurant since 14 years ago and they have maintained the quality of their food while at the same time maintained its old inn charm! Prices have not changed much and quality is the same! My go to place when visiting Baguio!

Enjoy a fine dine in experience at a casual dine in price. Along with an open kitchen to see how the food is being prepared.
We just had dinner and everyone enjoyed the food - tortellini, carbonara, pork chimichurri and even the paella. Though it took some time to complete our orders, its understandable since their pastas are freshly made. We will definitely come back and make sure to have space for dessert.thank you Mr. Robert for the review, Glad everyone enjoyed the food. I think the whole group ordered everything on the menu except for the dessert section. Thank you for being patience with us. We'll see you on your next visit to Baguio, M.
