PROS: Very nice well decorated restaurant with live piano and spacious dining area.
CONS: Staff cannot speak English at all. Menu's are very poorly translated. Prices way too high in relation to food quality, decoration and portions.
Overall there are places in the area to get better food and service at more affordable prices.

В Тобольске живем не так давно, но уже есть два любимых места из общепита: одно из них кафе Dolche Vita. Пртятный интерьер, разнообразное меню, готовят вкусно. Очень нравится выбор кофе и кофейных коктейлей (для любителей новых вкусовых ощущений советую попробовать «... шершень» ... забыла полное название: кисло-сладкий, но совсем не приторный).
Персонал приятный и приветливый.

Заскочили отдохнуть по пути из кремля в гостиницу. В целом всё хорошо. Пиво вкусное. Тортик и чай понравились. А вот почему пароль от ВиФи знает только директор, которого сейчас нет непонятно.

I like the both other dolce vita Restaurants very much. This here I tried only one time. Food was horrible, I did not eat it. The Food of my friend was not better. I can only recommend to visit one of the other both Restaurants of this chain, either in 4th Mirkorajon or Dvorzovaya... my favorite Restaurant at Tobolsk...

В этом ресторане завтракала каждый день на протяжении 2ух недель командировки. Завтраки- очень не очень так сказать. 2,5 вида блюд, каждый день в е одно и то же, одно и тоже. Половина блюд видно, что явно «вчерашние» , заветренные. «Сок-компот»- не знаю даже, как обозвать это «пойло» пить вообще было невозможно. Единственное, что было вкусно- это омлет. Но , на одном омлете не протянешь 2 недели…Ресторан , судя по графику работы, работает с 7.00 до 12.00 и с 19.00 до 23.00…один раз попытались прийти на ужин после 19.00- был закрыт, остались голодные.

It is hard to find a better place for a location in Tobolsk, this place is right in the center of kremlin. I was there twice. First time for some soup and tea, it was very good and tasty, served by lovely waitress. Second time I wanted to have a lunch but unfortunately there were no tables free.

What happened to Russia? It is a summer Friday evening and this lovely spot, well designed with attentive waitresses is almost empty?! The introduction to the menue, stating that broken glasses are to be paid for, indicates, this place has seen different times.
The interior is wood, wood and wood. The menue is mainly Russian, meat, fish, dumplings and even though a lot is currently not available it still sounds mouthwatering.
The waitresses speak English, an English menue is available as well.
But now the food. The sequence in which the available part of my order is served, seems pretty random. Also im an not totally convinced that the "home made vareniky" have never seen a freezer. The quality is ok, not thrilling, not bad. Taste - same.
So if you come for the food, maybe you want to check other places as well.
If you come for the whole pack of atmosphere, drinks, service, food and probably come with the pack, good choice!

Останавливались в гостинице "Георгиевская" на два дня, в ресторане при ней завтракали. Завтрак - шведский стол. Ассортимент несколько тяжеловат, но голодным не останешься: вкусная овсяная каша, яйца, сыр и ветчина есть. Для желающих — плов и макароны по-флотски, а также салаты и пирожки. Не хватает привычных джемов. Интерьер приятный, с портретом императрицы Екатерины, в честь которой и назван ресторан.

Уютный ресторан в русском стиле. Добротная кухня, чистота, стилизованный интерьер. Особенно понравились рыба с овощами и морс. Персонал добросовестный и внимательный. Стоимость небюджетная но достаточно адекватная!

Small menu, but good quality of the food. Service is fast, dishes is clean. OK to have a lunch dugong a day in Toboblsk. Kremlin.
