The only thing I can recommend here is the place itself because the front yard is really nice. The food is just uneatable, would never recommend to have lunch or dinner here. Except for the pancake - that is really nice.
There are more restaurants nearby, choose any of them instead of this.

We ate at this restaurant twice. First time I had a fish soup and tasted very salty and had no other flavor. Gave this restaurant a second chance and both left our dinner untouched as it was covered with parsley and tasted off. Poor experience, poor service. What a shame.

It was absolutely full when we arrived so we had to wait quite much time to get our lunch. The restaurant is next to the Route 33 near Poroszlo, but you can get the restaurant from the river Tisza by boat.
Fish dishes are very delicious and fresh, those are the best.
The staff was ok.

We spent two nights at the Hableany Hotel and ate both nights in their restaurant. The extensive menu was of local-type dishes. I enjoyed the grilled pike-perch with roasted vegetables so much I had it both nights! The accompanying local wines were also excellent. The only downside was that a few mosquitoes appeared and cut short our outside dining on the second evening

Excellent traditional food, tasty and well presented in a nice atmosphere for a reasonable price. An excellent vegetarian option was available for my wife. There was a menu available in English. We are from NZ.

Recently renovated. Pleasant decor. Lovely Terrace for dining outside in the summer. Run by a lovely, friendly family. Relaxed atmosphere. Huge choice of Hungarian dishes and seasonal specials. Excellent choice of local wines. Great value Daily Menus at weekday lunchtimes. A good choice of budget lunch options up until 1500, in addition to the extensive menu.

A very popular and busy restaurant. Only open Monday to Friday 1100 to 1500. The food is very good, and much better than in many of the much expensive restaurants around in this part of Hungary. The daily menu is unbelievably good value. The excellent local wines are very cheap. The staff are very helpful and friendly. This is definitely a must for those of us who prefer to eat with the locals than to go to tourist restaurants.

Food is delicious, though half the offerings are gone on a sunday afternoon (when monday is national holiday so long weekend), even they were running out of beer so getting 2 glass from tap was a challenge for them. Not friendly service, not much communication, seems their fame brings in customers - question for how long will that be enough.
