The staff was very accommodating to our large group, and the scenery was spectacular. We traveled with a vegetarian, and multiple people who were wanting other options besides seafood, and the Genesis Regal delivered! Highly recommend this experience!

We had great trip to Vietnam thanks to the great customer service provided by Custom Vietnam Travel and all of their staff, especially Liliana Pham. We were two couples who decided to make the trip after many months of planning with the help of Liliana. The first stop in Hanoi was excellent with good accommodations and everything was open. One highlight was the cooking class we took that introduced us to fresh Vietnamese cooking and shopping at the markets. We also took a day trip to Tam coc which was great. We then went to Halong Bay, Hue, Hoi An, Danang and Saigon. On each step of the way we dealt with Liliana who made sure our trip went smoothly, despite the difficulty of travel during the threat of the Covid-19 virus. She helped us re-arrange our itinerary and had incredible patience as we substituted a few new activities. We particularly loved Hoi An with its colourful atmosphere and fantastic restaurants and scenery. Our drivers and tour guides were all very helpful and courteous and definitely helped us get the most our of our trip. Liliana even managed to get us on a different boat for the trip up the Mekong Delta and we ended up with the boat to ourselves! Since our trip was cut short (we did not make to Cambodia), Liliana arranged for the company to reimburse us for the lost portion of the trip. Overall, I would highly recommend Custom Vietnam Travel and their representatives like Lilana who clearly go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude and also pride in the rich culture of their country.

I have been living and working in Southern Vietnam for 10 years and I love this country very much. On our first time to visit the North, we decided to travel to Ha Giang, Ban Gioc Waterfall, and Ba Be Lake. We chose Conical Travel according to one of our friends who did the trip with them. The six-day trip amazed and impressed us with the beauty of the natural landscape in the moutainous areas. Each of the destinations we visited has its own mesmerizing features and we had chance to interact with the local people. Our kids had great lessons about how the people in these regions survive without the modernization. In short, the trip was very very very excellent. Outstanding Bike rental service. I have to say that I am on a budget traveler but at the same time very demanding with the services I purchase. Before coming across this shop I contacted many rental shops in Hanoi. This one was by far the one with better motorbikes, the newest bikes, better prices and absolutely outstanding service provide by Mr Bihn that went above and beyond to provide me with the best service. I can only say thanks, I rented with him twice. He is super friendly and easy going. He provides good helmet, and bag rack on the back if needed at no extra cost. First time I rented a super newish Honda for 5 days that ended up being 11. The motorbike behaved fantastically. He was in direct contact with me to ensure I was having no issues. Second time I rented a bike for 7 days to go to Cao Ban province. He advised me semi manual but I ended renting an authomatic Honda Old looking bike. The motorbike broke down 2 days after initiating my trip but he reacted extraordinarily quickly by sending a brand new motorbike semi manual the day after on a bus and offered me to rent the bike for 2 additional days at no extra cost which was a super nice gesture. Best bikes, best price, best customer service, best on road service. When I come back I will rent with him again and you should do it now too !!

The Ta Xua landscapes were stunning and the organisation was seamless. From the pick up in Hanoi, to the very charming and warm welcome at the homestay (very clean) to the great meals cooked along the way. We went for a 3D2N trek up to Ta Xua Mountain surrounded by Hmong and Thai ethnies. The trek was amazing but quite though so we ended up doing 2D1N, which was really great as we took 1 more day to explore the valley. We can highly recommand Zonitrip for any adventurous trek. In addition to the very well organised trip, we had an amazing time thanks to Zoni's kindness, attentiveness overall happiness. We will never forget this trip. <3 We highly recommand Zoni and the Ta Xua climb to anyone looking for off the beaten path, high energy experiences - you won't regret it.

We chose Mr Linh's based on our friends' recommendation. The replies from the agent were prompt, and it was easy to make changes or ask questions. Our itinerary was fairly straight forward, and you can check all the accommodations as they provide an itinerary with links to hotels and homestays. Both our guide and driver were excellent. At all times we felt safe when Mr Long was behind the wheel. Mr Son was very knowledgeable about the area, and he also picked up quickly our favourite dishes and our average hiking/trekking speed. We did a 9D/8N trip, and had to do small changes along the way (like skipping motorbike riding as it was a rainy day going from Ha Giang to Dong Van, and then staying one extra night in Dong Van waiting for the rain to stop). The changes were not an issue to Mr Son. We had a small misunderstanding, but even that was duly noted and communicated to us. We went to places where there were no other tourists, and it was really wonderful to enjoy the fresh air, amazing sceneries, colourful tribes and see people at their daily chores. Our itinerary was Hanoi-Hoang Su Phi-Ban Phung-Ha Giang-Dong Van-Cao Bang/Quang Uyen-Ban Gioc Falls-Quang Uyen-Hanoi. To see the rice fields in full colour, I would suggest going latest early October. Around mid-October a lot of the rice had already been harvested, but still plenty being harvested by the locals, mostly women. I would strongly recommend Mr Linh's for travels to Northern Vietnam.

We contacted Mr. Chinh Pham of Private Indochina Tours (PITourist). Pham is his family name and he is often referred to as simply “Pham”. From the outset of our dealings with him we benefitted from his incredible expertise. We stated areas of activity that would interest us. He came up with a remarkable package, assembling transportation, guides, hotels, restaurants and a couple of internal flights. He always replied promptly and assisted us in securing visas. PITourist put together an unforgettable and stress-free experience. Everything ran smoothly and punctually, and over 21 days we encountered no problems. We requested guides who spoke good English and drivers who would drive sensibly. He delivered. Xuan was an outstanding guide in Hanoi and for our 11 days touring in northern Vietnam, and Cung, of H&D Transportation was an excellent driver. In Hue and Hoi An our guide was Thien. Given the nature of our stay there we had several drivers and they were all sensible. Pham even provided a local SIM card for our phone and often made contact to ensure everything was going well. Put simply, the services we received from Pham, our guides and drivers, was outstanding throughout. We will have no hesitation about using Private Indochina Tours/PITourist on our next visit. As a result of Pham’s attention to detail and enthusiasm we enjoyed an amazing visit to Vietnam. We left with memories of a beautiful country and friendly, hardworking people. I had an amazing experience, I will highly recommend this tour with this company. Apart from the incredible tour itinerary, delicious food, awesome tour guide, funny, friendly and very engaging, they keep the number of guests small, so you have your own private space , but you also get to engage with the other travellers and the tour dynamics makes you feel like you’re with family. Very comfortable rooms and space in the boat as well. But personally, I experienced the best service with this tour company as I left my jacket in the boat and they were very helpful and useful to get it back to me right the next day in Hanoi. I’m extremely happy to have booked this tour.
