Even before I arrived the customer service was excellent. I phoned to check location as my sat nav seemed array. The lady (I'm sorry I didn't ask your name!) was just lovely and came out to meet me. To you personally, I have to say thank you for making me feel so incredibly welcome and with such professionalism. Two hours in the thermal spa (2 Sauna, 2 Steam and a jacuzzi) ... bliss. Lovely touch in bringing a fresh sorbet into the sauna and a cold flannel for post steam and sauna. Lots of fresh fruit flavoured waters available too. Karen was my therapist for the "Divine Duo" body scrub and massage. Karen clearly loves her job, she is a natural! I really enjoyed the treatment and would highly recommend, On leaving another therapist spotted that I didn't have a bag for my soggy swimwear and sorted me with bag. It's the little things like that that made such a difference. What a way to end the working week! Thank you all at the Garden Spa

This was our first time visiting the spa. It was lovely and clean and looks newly refurbished. It is very spacious and there is plenty of seating around the pool unlike some spas. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We both had treatments, I had a facial/scalp and neck massage which was lovely and very relaxing and my husband had the exfoliate and massage which he very much enjoyed even though he was expecting a deep back massage. The only thing I felt negative about was the therapist chewing on gum whilst talking to us which didn't look very professional. The spa day included a light lunch but there was no choice. They stated a jacket potato would be bought out to us when we sat down. You do get a bowl of cheese, beans and chilli which is good and the food was lovely but I do think it should state what the lunch and that there is no choice. Having visited various spas with similar offers I would definately recommend here and felt it was value for money.
